This is a nice large room, with a view of the street. lots of food vendors on the street. Right across from Term. 1. I ended up getting there at one in the morning, due to change of terminals - the free shuttle takes a long time to go between terminals, and some other glitches. I felt bad becuz i had to wake the hosts up. The room has both a fan and an a/c, which is good becuz the a/c went off right after i went to bed. the bed is large, and comfortable with good pillow and blanket, so i slept well.

the water also went off right after i went to bed. so, no a/c and no water from 2 am until , maybe, not sure on time, 6 am? which normally wouldnt have been a problem.

It was very inexpensive, location was good, friendly staff. Do not expect luxury it's just a crash pad.

The photo here must have been taken 20 years ago. No real shower, you stand in the bathroom with a hose and shower head.

If you are expecting a 5 star hotel or western standards you would be disappointed. But if you are fine with clean, air conditioned, secure and helpful staff with cheap prices then this place is fine.

On the map it looks close to the airport. But it's actually on the other side of the airport arrivals therefore it's actually 1 hour and 15 minutes walk.

Very convenient location, walking distance to airport. We were a few day hours in Manila and realy wanted a plce to keep our luggage, freshen up and do a city tour. The location was super conveneint. We ewreallowed early checkin sine we were not staying the night. Had a small airconditioner too in the room.

Basic room

Basically a couple of rooms in a homestay. Could walk from Terminal 1 (maybe 2) but not from Terminals 3 and 4. However, taxi from Terminal 4 was only 100 pesos. Owner was very friendly. However, it's not a hotel so it would probably be hard to get someone late at night. Owner arranged a private car to airport at 4 am for 4-500 pesos. Very basic room but clean with AC and Wifi.

Basic amenities.

Good proximity to the airport, was only a 20 minute walk to terminal 2 the next day. I left my kindle in the room and the staff were kind enough to phone me to tell me, and thanks to a delayed flight I was able to come back and get it in time! Thank you

Josie, the front desk staff was very helpful who went above and beyond. Helped us ordered food on her phone at 11pm, allowed for us to stay 4 hrs over the next day for a little fee to accommodate late airport departure time, and called Grab(uber) to take us to International airport.

This is not a hotel. The room is very simple. The aircon was not cold but we were able to sleep. There were loud occasional banging sounds on the adjacent roof/building?

Not sure why people are leaving bad reviews to this place. For what you pay is a pretty good value. Private room with air conditioning. Close to the airpot. Private toilet and free water refills. I recommend it for the night before or after your flight

The location is not good at least you are going or coming from the airport as there is no public transport nearby

Clean and fresh. Very helpful and kind staff. Located in a friendly neighbourhood. Close to terminal 1. 7/11 and little eateries.

Nothing. It suited me perfectly. Maybe relocation of electric socket and light switch but this this very minor

I felt safe surrounded by friendly and helpful people in neighborhood. Before, I was skeptical and bit scared being solo and looking for budget overnight stay near airport during my emergency visit.
