I've been here maybe 11-12 times now? They have a rooftop bar now. The host was always very helpful and generous, he helped me exchange some money at his sister's little eatery down the street, he even gave me his umbrella to walk to 7-11 so I could load some money onto my grab app account for an emergency. Simple breakfast every morning and a quick and easy free ride to the airport; can't complain much when you can leave at 3-4am in the morning for an early flight and they take you there immediately!

Yeah, my only complaint is the beds are somewhat hard. If there was a nicer room with more space, bigger bathroom, softer bed, I'd probably stay in that one every visit, but unfortunately the rooms are pretty much the exact same layout on every floor.

Airport pick up at 1am. Affordable for a place to sleep before my flight. They serve white slice bread and eggs to the room in the morning.

I thought driver was pissed off at us cuz he had to wake up to drive us. I was over polite saying hi and thank you , salamat , good evening, but no response. It was 1am, but I think he wasn’t in the mood 🤪 so we all stayed in Silence the whole ride like we were in trouble. He was a very aggressive driver too, and I have lived in PH for many years…..Maybe a bad day? It won’t affect me though and would still say again. My friend also had the same experience at another time too . I didn’t tip and usually I do…. Everyone is entitled to be grumpy at 1 am pick ups I guess….

Typical apartment for one night only close to the airport with transfer. Everything is as described. The rooms are simple but clean and the bed is comfortable. Shower with warm water. A luggage lift is a good solution. One-way transfer included in the price, the other way you pay, but at a reasonable price. Good communication on Whatsapp with the staff. Breakfast very simple but also included in the price. I don't understand why guests give bad reviews. You receive a service adequate to the low price

If you read the description carefully and don't expect too much, everything is fine

Pick up shuttle service from the airport was really convenient. Location close to the airport made it good for one night. We arrived in the afternoon one day, went to intramuros (30 min by grab) and left early the next morning. There is a roof terrace, quite basic but still nice to sit. Rooms are really basic and very small. But we did not need more. Beds were ok and aircon worked well. Reminded us of our backpacking experiences many years ago.

It was my first hotel stay in Philippines where the room had both a kettle and a bar fridge. I stayed one night in Room 2C which was ok, then later 3 nights in 2H which was nicer as it has a balcony overlooking the street below. The hotel and staff were good about storage of my big bag when I made my overnight trip to Lucena. As at late August '24, typical Grab or taxi fares were 200-220P and 15-20 mins to PITX and NAIA 3, and 350-400 and about 30 mins to Ayala Museum. There is a luggage-only lift; stairs only for people

I'm average height / weight. If you are really tall, large-framed or obese you will struggle with their compact bathrooms.

close to the airport, good value for money

All according to expectations, close to the airport, very basic accommodation but was good for 1 night

Location. I stayed only 1 night because of an early flight . It is just across of Terminal 1. You can walk 20 minutes or take the shuttle from the hotel. They have cheap prices x all terminals and for the whole car / capacity 7/, not for person. Clean, with all toiletries, mini frigde. Helpful and kind staff, reception 24/h open. The area looks a little doggy, but it is just poor . 5 min walk to 7eleven . Smoking area downstairs. AC very quiet. Really good, safe place for short stay. Recommended.

There is kettle, 2 cups, and 1 spoon. They could add some plate and knife, fork.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, I’ve arrived around 1:30 am to the property, I’ve asked them by text priorly if I can sleep a bit longer than 12 o’clock check out and it was absolutely fine, at no extra charge. I’ve left my luggage so I can go visit a bit around, everything was really smooth. Don’t expect luxury, it’s close to the airport and it did the job. Thank you very much for your hospitality !

A bit more water pressure would have been nice 😊

I had a double bed apartment with excellent air conditioning. The room was very clean too. The location allowed me to easily walk to Terminal 2 so even though the room was expensive compared to other places I had stayed I saved on Grab.

Driving into the area at night my Grab driver remarked “ oh… this must have been really cheap!” But the neighbours were just out socializing. In the morning the area looked perfectly fine. Sometimes things look worse in the dark. Everything was great about this place.
