Clean, spacious and well equipped. Host very quick to reply and sort out the exit paperwork due to staggered leaving times. Pool was good with wave machine, despite having to pay a bit extra for it. Outdoor area on roof if want to enjoy weather and be out the room.

Says pool view, which there isn’t from the room. Concierge weren’t very friendly or helpful, unlike the host. The booking in and out system is a bit clunky and frustrating when tired from travel.

The facilities were really nice and close to SM mall. So everything you need shop wise was very close. The room was nicely laid out. The property manager that showed me to my room was very friendy and helpful. Great communication making check in easy.

The toilet and basin didn'tseem like it had had. Ackean betwen stays. I mentioned to manager and she said it was condensation, but the fact is it hadn't been properly cleaned after previous guest. The bed smelt a little bit bad from other guests.

Our host, Rhea, was so welcoming and informative we felt immediately comfortable. Rhea guided us through the facility and to nearby shops to grab some essentials. She immediately responded to all of our communications.

Security were friendly and very helpful, even allowing us to hotspot their phone but communication with them could be improved. Although, great to know the compound is safe.

The property was near the airport, the view of the city from the PH was amazing. Room was very clean and comfortable, I highly recommend it to stay at Azure Urban beach Resort.

The room was super neat and aesthetic. I love the colors. The room has complete appliances and utensils. The host is responsive.

The host did not give us the complete information and process during check in and check out. It such a hassle for us. First, they did not inform us how and where to park. Second, they did not inform us that the GAF has to be printed and verified on a designated booth. On the check out process, we did not know where we can get the clearance. The receptionist told us that they gave that to us upon check in. So we have to go back again to the room which is in PH, to look for that paper. It turns out that the host already gave it to the front desk. It is not clearly indicated that the pool has an entrance fee of 250 per head. Not per day but per schedule. So you have to pay twice if you plan to swim on the morning and in the afternoon. Also only one pool is allowed for guests.

It was clean and very cozy

The last time I checked out is the staff security is very unfriendly it seems she didn’t know her work, I almost missed my flight! And she is the one that is angry. Hopefully it would be better.

Trying to get into the place was a painful headache. Security don't talk to main office who approves the stay. Who ever owns the place didn't organise is probably. I was waiting 3 hrs trying to get into my room. Reception then wouldn't let me go up and didn't know where my room was. Place looked like someone just left. Things left in fridge. Water on the floor. Crumbs on overhead fan. Couldn't use the gym.
