Included breakfast, cooked to order from a (limited but adequate) menu. Other than breakfast the menu is quite extensive (identical for room service and eat in the restaurant). I had beef broccoli for lunch, delicious! Free airport shuttle, goes back and forth all day as needed, until around 6pm daily. It's only about 10-15 minutes to the airport. 24-hour desk was great as my arrival was delayed and I didn't get there until after 2am. All the staff on the desk, at all times of day, speak good English, which was a nice surprise for a hotel in this price range. No lift/elevator but the staff brought my heaviest bags upstairs for me. Easy (flat) 10-minute walk to a big mall with good food court and plenty of shopping options. When my plans changed due to factors beyond my control, I was able to keep my room for an extra 3 hours past the usual checkout time for an extra charge of 200 pesos per hour.

second time I've stayed there, both times met expectations. I would stay there again. This time my room was on the side facing the street, during the day I noticed some traffic noise but not enough to interfere with watching TV.

No hot water.

Located on a busy road that has the local LTR running down the middle of it this hotel is a good find for a base for exploring Manila. The LRT is about a 7 minute walk away it’s slightly busy and uneven in parts but overall safe. Breakfast is a simple affair but tasty enough.

The bedrooms vary in condition and comfort. I was shown an interior room with no natural light having booked a room with a window. They ‘upgraded’ me for free. Noise is an issue - traffic mostly and if the air con is loud it can be a bit uncomfortable. Just check first with the housekeeper if you think you can get an ‘upgrade’!

Excellent price, the staff was friendly and courteous, free airport shuttle, and the hotel is close to SM City (mall) and the airport. Price included breakfast in its restaurant, portion may be inadequate to some people but it was enough for me. There's also fast food next to the hotel for those who want fast, simple, cheap Filipino food.

Cable TV was only accessible for about 10 minutes after I got to my room and then nothing/no reception. I just listened to my radio. The hot water supply was intermittent so shower fast if there's hot water. Otherwise, it'll be cold water. Perhaps, the heated water is inadequate when multiple guests take shower. The hotel needs to consider upgrading the facility's water heater capacity. There is no elevator in the hotel. A staff member did carry my luggage to my room.

I liked the location, it's easy to find, it's close to Naia terminal 1 and has a parking lot. It was worth what I paid for the hotel because it was clean and the staff were kind. The security guards and the shuttle bus driver who took us to the airport were kind. I want my family and I to stay there again during our next vacation.

They serve breakfast for a long time. We waited a long time. The shuttle bus was supposed to take us to the airport at 7:30am, but breakfast was not served until 7:30am, so we were forced to pack our breakfast and eat it at the airport.

Due to floods and heavy traffic, I was forced to look for a place for my son and me to stay in for a while. Thankfully, Oyster Plaza was close by and we were able to check in smoothly. The staff were very polite and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was above average.

Soundproofing in rooms near the side of the road could definitely be improved. We didn't know how to use the water heater in the bathroom, so no hot shower :( But generally, our stay was more comfortable than we expected at the price. Thank you so much!

the hotel provided a shuttle van that can pick you up on check in and drop off at the airport at check out. Complimentary service but only operates between 6 am to 6 PM. Free, safe, cold drinking water refills. Place was clean and good for stop overs. Water pressure is good. Air conditioning is strong. staff friendly and tried to help when they can.

Close to the main road so can be noisy. Bright lights outside is not completely blocked out by curtains, particularly close to the walls at night times. The complimentary breakfast felt limited, not by number of options but by amount and quality of what you choose.

The room and staff were excellent will go back in the future. Only thing about the room the 📞 didn't work. I ask them to come take a look but no one came. I don't believe I got what I wanted after paying for the upgrade it was supposed to be a view of the city . But the room was comfortable and clean no window but awesome air conditioning staff was always there to help great service for the price

The best staff work right here. This the best hotel to stay at when you have a connecting flight the next day or just need a quick stay in manila after a long haul flight. The staff here are very friendly, nice, professional, and accommodating. The complimentary shuttle pick up/drop off was very convenient. The check in went smoothly. The room was decent and acceptable. The breakfast was yummy and sufficient. I heard a vendor selling taho and I wanted to buy, but I realized I didn’t have cash with me coz I left it in my room. One of the staff at the restaurant heard me saying “I want taho but I don’t have cash rn” so she ran outside to get the vendor and handed me 100php. She was very kind and sweet. I will never forget that. The driver, receptionists, restaurant staff, guards, housekeepers, and everybody here are very nice. Reggie was very kind helping us with our luggage and always greeted us with a huge smile. Location is nice as well. Atm, bank, food chain like wendys and chowking, pares, and 7-11 are less than five minute walk from oyster. The service here is 10/10.

Nice 24 front desk, receptionist with good smile and attitude make me check in comfortable. Hot water, air conditioner, bed without bad smell, really a good small place for short waiting to connecting flight. I came after 00:00, when I just got out Grabtaxi, Hotel security help me to get to hotel with carrying luggage, that's great, because here made me feel not safe 😅 around hotel. As for breakfast, omelet egg and rice, delicious 7:00am airport transfer service, good 👍.

Nothing to talk about bad things, because this price with this stay, worth it.
