We asked about a bus to T3. We were told they didn’t run when we wanted them to by the receptionist - 0600. Paid 600php then as soon as we left the hotel after paying we saw 3 of the busses 28php to T3. Left a sour taste in the mouth being ripped off - again in the Philippines

Staff was friendly and helpful. KFC restaurant right next door. Small coffee shop in lobby with some snacks.

I arranged for taxi to the airport through the front desk. The driver was very pleasant and quite bright. You need to let the front desk know when you are ready to depart for your terminal so he is ready. I sat in the lobby for awhile thinking he would just show up but when I mentioned I was waiting for my ride the front desk person went and knocked on his door which was right off the lobby.

I wasn't sure what to expect because of the general reviews of the area around Terminal 1. But with an overnight layover, the location was excellent since you cannot get to the other terminals easily. It was a relatively easy walk to Terminal 1 even dragging carry-on luggage. The staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. There are several restaurants and bars in the same complex that stayed open late, but all required cash except KFC.

The hotel was dated and there was a strip bar next door The AC units in the room and bathroom were very loud, but they did drown out any airport or street noise. When paying at the hotel, they had a 5% service charge to all payments (cash and credit) plus a 2.9% charge for credit cards.

I stopped at this hotel overnight on the way in, and on the way out three weeks later. I chose it because it is within easy walking distance from NAIA terminal 1. I just needed somewhere to rest overnight after a long flight before continuing my journey in, and somewhere convenient to stay overnight before getting an early flight out. This hotel is basic, but provided everything I needed well within budget. I intend using this hotel next time I visit.

Check-in was more reasonable this time, as I was escorted to my room promptly upon payment, at 12 p.m., Philippine Time, instead of having to wait until 2 p.m. Breakfast is not included in the price, but is available from an associate enterprise, at a small kitchen in the hotel lobby. The quality of the food is comparable to similar establishments in North America and Europe.

There was a small issue of hot water appearing to be out of order. There is no desk in the room, though I found the shelving just inside the door too be an adequate substitute.

The breakfast is provided for a reasonable cost, by an associated vendor in the lobby area. The room was the same one I had last week, which shows attention to detail by the desk manager. The staff remembered me fondly, from the two earlier stays. In a facility that handles dozens of transients each day, I found that comforting.

The laundry room apparently had malfunctioning equipment, extending the room attendants' work day into the mid-evening hours. Fortunately, the resulting lack of towels and linens was resolved by 9 p.m.

The breakfast was not included in the price of the room, but it was hot, delicious and of a decent portion. There is a wide selection and eggs are cooked well, either scrambled or sunny side up.

There is little co-ordination with the nearby airport terminal, so foreign guests like myself have to be creative in spending our time, when the flight arrives in mid-morning and check-in is hard and fast, at 2 p.m. This was a small matter for me, but may inconvenience those with disabilities, or who have small children.

The customer service was great. Stuff was very helpful. The location is very close to the airport and the restaurants are nearby.

We are invited by cockroaches and lizards. Having a hard time with water in the toilet because it won't flush, we have to use the trash can for the bucket to store water and to flush.

I was transiting in Manila around 20 hrs layover. I found this property is walking from the airport, We have spent time in City and return back in the night again to the hotel than walked to the airport for our flight. In Manila traffic is a huge problem, never encounter this kind of slowness anywhere in the globe (I was brought up in India, I thought I had seen the worst). The hotel is old-style and has basic facilities. I recommend every transiting passenger to take Hotel in the Airport vicinity

Spacious room and a firm yet comfortable bed. The staff at reception and the porter were pleasant and helpful.

Fairly obviously an older establishment, with discolored and wonky ceiling tiles in places and the bathroom in my room looked quite dated, (although perfectly clean and functional) I thought that generally the whole facility would benefit from some serious renovation. However, overall this no frills facility was perfectly adequate for my short overnight stay, between flights. I'd be happy to sleep there again
