Quiet safe neighborhood. 7/11 is about a 10 min walk from the place. Very clean and homie. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. I stayed for 3 nights while I waited for a flight. Not sure about night life or anything around the property.

Nothing at all. Never get a taxi with the airport meter. Regular airport taxi costs about 1000peso. Airport meter costs about 2500 and will intentionally take the long way. Grab car will cost less then 300 pesos.

Lourdes Inn is close to the airport, around less than 10 miles by car. The place surprised us. It was very quiet, very secure place and we felt really at home with the staff. Breakfast was free and was adequate. It was a win for its price. It was also close to SM Mall and other shops. Food and rides can be ordered by grab app. Lourdes Inn has free wifi and makes it very convenient to order food from outside, The staff was extra helpful and we got all that we needed. I would gladly book again

It appeared at first that the area we entered was congested going towards Lourdes Inn but the place itself is part of a gated community with a guard and it made me felt relieved

The breakfast was fine. As I have stated before. It is my “go to” place to stay in Manila. I’m mainly passing through Manila on my way to someplace else. so close to the airport is a factor. It is priced reasonable, clean, safe neighborhood, and a great staff. It meets all my requirements.

The only thing I could think of for this question is no close eatery. It is a 15 minute or so walk to get food. That walk is also on a road that has little to no room to walk safely. But you can always call Grab for delivery, so you can get food.

No need to repeat the multiple reviews I have given. It is my “go to” stay every time I pass through Manila to catch a flight, or change planes. I seldom stay more than one night to catch an early flight. Or, arriving from international flight late at night, I grab a night there before continuing onward to wherever I am going. Overall it is safe, comfortable, convenient, clean and a great staff.

Would be nice if a restaurant or two were close by, but GRAB food is available.

Great place after a long flight so close to Manila airport. Staff were absolutely lovely! The breakfast was okay, the staff were amazing always willing to help with taxi, delivery and local information. Perfect place when you’ve travelled a long way (mine 17 hours from UK) to recuperate for a couple of days and get used to the heat. Very friendly approachable staff, I would definitely recommend this place and would like to thank the staff for making me feel welcome giving me a good start to my time here in the Philippines.

Des greeted us at the property and looked after us for our entire stay, we only had one night stay as transit passengers and decided to stay off the airport. The breakfast included in the tariff was exactly what we needed. The next morning our pre booked transport didn’t arrive so Des and Dexter drove us to the airport for a reasonable charge. Please if you need personal attention at a hotel near the airport, this should be your choice.

The Hosts were very accommodating our original room was unavailable due to a breakdown of the Aircon, so we were immediately upgraded to a top floor spacious room that was very clean and so cool out of the city heat, They were extremely helpful in flagging down a tricycle outside the front of the condo for us in the afternoon so we could go to the local shops, later on in the evening they booked on their telephone a takeaway through Uber eats on our behalf and we paid them cash...In the morning we received a welcomed morning knock on our door for a delicious breakfast which was served out on the roof balcony, and before we had to leave they also booked us a Taxi for our early departure flight from the airport close by which is only 20 minutes to terminal 3...Thank you both for being so wonderful and friendly and helpful hosts we shall definitely be staying there again when we are in Manila. 👍😊

The staff were so kind they loaned us money to get to atm by grab taxi when we had no cash. We also stayed longer for our late night flight which they adjusted our stay for an extended 7 hours.

TV spotty service, they could not fix it…also wifi was cutting off during my international flight check in which cost me my extra large airplane seat because wifi went out when I signed back into airline my seat was taken. Was stressful because the wifi continued to fail me when I needed i but the staff are great and cannot control that

Everything! Rooms are clean, bed is comfortable, property is well kept, and the girls that take care of you are amazing! Breakfast is made just for you and you enjoy it on the top floor terrace, watching airplanes take off!

It was a little difficult to get to, not in a main area, but it was worth the drive. Also didn’t like the fact that we only booked for one night. This would be an amazing place to stay for four or five days and enjoy.
