Property is neat and clean. Has everything you need inside the room. Staffs are very accommodating on my needs and helping me with luggage. Feeling bad seeing them carrying my luggage in the staircase knowing it is pretty heavy 🥹🥹 I really appreciate their hard work. Thank you again and God bless.

We found the hosts to be extremely cooperative and courteous. They go out of the way to make sure that the guests feel at home. The location is very convenient. It is only a few minutes drive from terminal 1 of the airport. The unit was well equipped with all what may be needed. We were able to do our own cooking. Kassel Residences is located in the midst of a commercial area. Restaurants, super markets, laundries, fruits vegetable and meat markets, hair saloons and clinics are all available within short walking distance. we will definitely choose Katliza Condotel on our next visit to Manila.

Basic clean room with small kitchen 15-20min from the airport

Host was not easy to contact, he didn’t answered via booking massages, we arrived after 11pm, and called 3 times and few massages till he answered, if not local sim bought at airport it would be a problem. Communication should be better

It is locted at a stones throw from NAIA International Terminal. All the facilities such as restaurants, 24/7 super markets and fruit and vegetable stalls and money exchange are available at 2 minutes walk from the property. Moreover, the host are super nice and always go out of their way to to make their guests comfortable.

Our entire stay here was very pleasant and comfy💕💕 Clean room, cozy beds, great facilities, free wifi, they had everything we needed. The person who assisted us during check-in & check-out was also very friendly and welcoming. We have no complaints. 10/10 would definitely recommend 💯✨ Thank you!!

The apartment is clean. Everything you need in the apartment: water, coffee, stove, towels, pots, pans. There was absolutely nothing missing

Liked, didn't like. A normal apartment in a block of flats, I liked the neighborhood, but someone may not like it because it's very local

It is in the middle of everything. Markets, fastfood, near airport. Price is very affordable. the facility is very well equipped. there is a fridge, kettle, rice cooker. And definitely we will come back!

We really love our stay in the condotel although it was a very short stay because we have flight to catch the next day. The room was quite big for us and everything was there tv, ref, microwave, dining table, stove, cooking facilities, heater, etc. We'll surely book and stay here again on our next vacation. The room was clean also. The place was near to mcdo, grocery store, 7eleven. Thank you Katliza Condotel.

The location is very near the airport.The owner lives in the same building and is super nice and cooperative. The unit has everything you need and is near a commercial area that has all kinds of shops and restaurants that remain open 24/7.
