It was close to the mall and my sibling's place as well. And the staff were very accommodating.

There were a couple of bugs after I came back from a day of strolling around the city. But other than that the place was pretty clean

First off the staff were excellent, very helpful and so accomodating. Ended up staying over 1 month here and they even brought us fresh fruit & baked goods on a few occasions which was really thoughtful and sweet. Beds were comfy , room was very clean and the size of the room was great with a AC , fan , small desk and a side lamp. Location was good with a 1 minute walk to a 7-eleven , 5 minute walk to a McDonald's or KFC and a 20 minute walk to the nearest mall. There is staff available 24/7 so if there is anything you need they are always on hand to help. I will be definitely be coming back here if I make another trip to the Philippines.

The staff at this hotel is amazing. They waited for us late in the nights because our flight arrived at 2 am. The ckeck in was very quick and smooth. The rooms are clean and calm. There are many artistic decorations in the hotel made by daughter of the owner. In the morning we met the owner and he prepared a mango from his huge mango tree and also we tasted the beer his son brews there. Amazing stay, I recommend.

I booked this place for my brother and his classmate during their licensure exam in CAAP Manila. I am happy that they were able to relay good feedbacks in the whole stay as they said that the place is exception, from its safety, cleanliness and services. Most especially the owner they are very approachable, kind and friendly. The hotel deserves a 5 stars! Highly Recommended!

Staff and owner so much friendly i arrived before check in . They didn’t charged me extra amount for early check in & and after two days they upgraded my room without any charges and last day they wasn’t charged me a room rent it was totally free. And Best thing so much clean and hygienic environment. It’s best for family and also for bachelors. Ideal location near to malls and restaurants and best thing only few km far from International airport

location was safe and easy to access. has food options just beside the property. Neighborhood is safe and most apartments nearly occupies students. Staff is always present, very helpful, and very friendly. Would definetely be back there.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the our stay and each morning greeting from staff and loved the convenient location close to major attractions

Everything is perfect

Location is near my area of activity. The bed is clean. I didn't get any bug bites during the night. Most of all, rent is so affordable.

Things to improve is the room light. Not enough brightness because of the high ceiling. The water heater didn't work and the shower is weak. Internet was not available during my stay.

The family here are all lovely! Will do anything to accommodate you. We enjoyed their place and their company alot. The facilities were spot on and very comfortable and clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and gave us great ideas for our trip here. Thankyou for a great stay

Super accommodating and friendly staff even the one who welcome me in the first place. Safe, organize place and clean, very convenient in commuting.

The water supply is super hina, I dont know kung natapat lang talaga that time.
