Staff were super helpful and friendly. Always greting you with a smile. Very attentive. Hotel is close to airport.

I was charged half of the full price a night for an early checkin. Would have appreciated it more if they used the best available rate for that day.

The Location: the hotel is conveniently adjoined to the Ayala Malls Manila Bay which is a plus especially if you wanted to try different restaurants or shop. It's also a good distance to the SM MOA. During my stay there were various fireworks display which I was able to watch at the comfort of my hotel room. The Room: the bed, pillows, and duvet were so comfortable. I loved it so much, I was able to get a good night sleep. The toilet amenities were complete. The room coffee was acceptable. The room was also very clean, and smells great. The Breakfast: the options were a bit more limited compared to their other brances, but were still of high quality. I especially enjoyed the bacon, and breads. The Staff: their personnel were amazing. They were very helpful and attentive. The front desk offered me options for my security deposit, and even assisted my guests up to my room. Even though I only had a small carry on bag with me, the bell boy still helped me bring it to my room. The in-room services promptly attended to my food needs. Free parking as well for their hotel guests, which I realy appreciated, and should just really be the norm all around.

The rooms could use a bit more soundproofing. Given that the hotel is right across an events ground, it would be helpful if there was more soundproofing. Other than that, there really is nothing bad worth noting during my stay.

- The ambiance is exceptional. From the lobby, to the hallways, rooms and restaurants. Everything was 5 star. - Staff were extremely kind and helpful. Everyone will greet you with a smile. - There are various amenities in the hotel to keep you entertained if you decide not to leave the area - mini golf, playstation, play room, gym, pool, spa. - Breakfast buffet selection was great. - Rooms are clean & tidy. The view of the bay was a sight to see. - Location is amazing. It’s walking distance to Ayala Malls Manila Bay and Parqal. Solaire is just a few blocks away too.

Staff is friendly, efficient and accommodating, including the breakfast crew and housekeeping. My partner was particularly happy with the breakfast as he could make his own BLT! He said, in the past, most of the breakfasts in other hotels mainly just had Filipino food (correct, he’s not Filipino :)) so he welcomed the variety. I’m glad I could order espresso for free as the brewed coffee was a bit weak for my liking. Thank you, Mr barista! (Btw, please have non dairy alternative like soy or oat milk for next time) It not far from the airport so it’s a good stop over hotel also if you’re just staying for a night or two. Just catch “Grab”.

It's our 4th time in Seda Hotel just for this year 2024. With my 3 Children. My comments are the same. Spacious and impeccable cleanliness for all areas, Comfortable Rooms and bath, delicious breakfast, relaxing ambience, nice Views. A very welvoming atmosphere. Nice and big Swimming Pool. Plus, Staffs are helpfull and accomodating. Especially, Captain Hidalgo And Security Officer, Toto. Plus, Accessible to the Malls. Highly recommended for all occations. Wether it's. We are a couple who just wants comfortable hotel to stay at before heading out to a long flight,it’s near the airport and aside from this it has an access going to ayala mall Manila bay which is a plus for someone who needs to pamper themselves and need some shopping before leaving the country. The hotel is fairly new and the bed was comfortable. We had a room with a pool view which is ok but if you don’t want that noise during the day you can choose a different view. We love this place and we are definitely coming back whenever we are in the country.

The location plus the access to ayala mall Manila bay

Frequent travelers who visit more than 20 hotels each year usually only write hotel reviews if there have been extremely good or bad incidents at the hotel. Here I would like to mention the excellent service of the hotel. I was able to check into my room at 10 a.m. and was allowed to use the late check out on the last day and stay in the room until 3 p.m. Of course, all of this without having to pay an extra charge. Many regular hotels would not offer this for free. Big praise to you. Good taxi service, very polite staff, it is a very good hotel. This ensures you a future booking.

My second stay here, and I would return once again, the Staff are kind and attentive, the hotel is spotless, the rooms are spacious and modern looking, the pool is just the right size, and there is a good size gym. There is a good choice of food for breakfast, and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Great location for Quezon City and Landmark shopping centre.

In comparison to my previous visit, the hotel is getting a little old, and I felt in places they were trying to save money. In my nice room the window handle broke, the safe didn't work, and the weighing scales(not sure why needed but a nice touch) kept flashing. However, after mentioning this to the front desk, it was all fixed before I got back. :) Also, I seem to recall an even bigger choice for breakfast, but the bre is still great.

None, I like the entire facilities of Seda Hotels

The location - at the quiet part of the city. The lounge - all day refreshment, teatime at 2-4pm and cocktails which can actually serve as dinner 6-8pm. Wine, beer, cocktails and coffee all you can😊 Lounge Staff specially Lito who's very friendly😊 Breakfast can be had both at Misto and the lounge. Wide spread of international cuisines. There's no bacon, however😢

For a club room, I was actually expecting a bath tub but there's none.😓 Coffee making corner doesn't have a coffee machine, just a kettle and instant coffee. Hopefully changes can be made 😊
