There is no obvious airport shuttle. No one with my name on a board to assist me from the hotel. It cost Mr $33 from the airport to the hotel. The staff at the hotel were horrified that I paid so much to get to them. 4x the normal price. But nowhere could I find the shuttle. They did not answer their WhatsApp or advertised landlines.

I stayed at the Kingsford for just one night, I arrived late in Manila and had an early flight out the next day, and it's very close to the airport so cuts out the otherwise insanely long journey (traffic in Manila is really bad). Very comfortable hotel, the room was clean and had everything I expected and the restaurant was really good for dinner (one of the best meals I had in the Philippines). Breakfast was good, lots of choice.

At breakfast it would have been nice to have a knife to spread butter on my bread with (not a knife in sight bizarrely) instead of a spoon, but this is a minor thing in an otherwise very pleasant stay.

Rooms were comfortable, but i would have to pay more for a larger bed, but i put the double beds together. It was not quite the same, but it worked out. The restaurant was not open all the time. The bar was very small. Not a big lobby. The plus was walking distance to the major casinos if you like casinos. The biggest mall was close enough to the hotel which also had many choices of food.

They did not accomodate me for the large or queen size bed. That would have made it great. The security at the pool was a little picky and it seemed not the same rules for everyone.??

The breakfast was superb! I think the price though is a little expensive 950pesos. The view from my room was amazing. Also the staff was friendly & the security guards were helpful. The minibar was nice & there were a selection of miniature cakes was displayed in the lobby. You should try the banana cake is super delicious. The swimming pool & the gym was magnificent.

I did not like that most of the rooms were not sound proof. I can hear other people having sex, talking, screaming, singing & any other such weird noises. I cant work with the noise! I also did not like was that they did not clean my room without me pushing the cleaning button. At first no staff told me about it so im not familiar with such button. And also when i called the room service they were kind of rude & unprofessional with my needs. They made me wait for 30minutes without any action. They only took action when i said I will talk to hotel manager.

The room is spacious and clean. And kudos to our pick-up drop-off van driver. we forgot your name, but you know who you are from Mindanao. Thank you for assisting my husband and also the two guys when we are living, assisting him to go inside the van.

You can hear people's talking in other rooms, sadly it's not soundproof rooms.

I was checked in early perfect for the situation I have where my flight was early and needed that rest. Stuff are nice. It’s all comfy. They help me booked transportation.

Simple things needed for a hotel should have, bottle water facial tissue. Don’t know if bottle water have to be ordered as from service or things I mentioned was just forgotten by the room service stuff. Could have really used that cup of coffee with the short stay, being in a hurry to be back in the airport. Transportation to airport should be available anytime, even if the customer is charged for it, specially when that time that it was rainy and Grab was not so available.

The front desk staff were accommodating. A free greeting cake was provided for the birthday celebrant. The adobo was delicious, and the breakfast was good. There was also a water station on our floor. I love the breakfast buffet, it's really great.

There was a 50-peso charge for the laundry bag so bring your own. No paper bags were available. There was no flower shop or gift shop at the hotel. The shower holder in Room 1102 was about to break. The sink was not clean. Room service was slow. Towels were not provided and had to be requested. The headboard of the bed frame had a bad odor. The pool water was not cleaned the following morning, only the small jacuzzi area was drained and cleaned.

It was my first time to stay here and it definitely met my expectations. Though we were not able to use the facilities like pool and gym due to the high number of guests, overall our stay here was good. Room service is fast and very good as well.

The breakfast are needs to be bigger. Granted that it was a busy weekend but still I think this hotel should have a bigger dining area. The food taste itself could also be improved. We had both breakfast and lunch and food was so-so. The hotel is quite far from most restaurants so your other option is to order food which is what we did for our succeeding meals.

I like the poverty because it has a good breakfast it seems like everybody was standing in line to get something had a wonderful view

What I didn’t like about it was the fact that at certain times they never have Exchange in money and when you go talk to them Direct some of them have unpredictable personalities they seem like they want to help you but they don’t want to. I think somebody in the Supervisor position should acknowledge the way they talk to people especially when they ask something

Service was beyond excellent. Staff takes care of you from the moment you interact with anyone from the hotel. For me, it started with getting from the airport to the hotel. They have time frames that they pick up at different locations every 10-20 mins, my location was the last pickup and I just missed it, I messaged Archi and he sent another van to pick me up within 10 minutes because the next time was an hour gap before next shuttle, and I appreciated that so much. The driver was very friendly. I got to the hotel, and before I could unbuckle my seatbelt, Ethan, Cannon, and Archi greeted me to grab my bags for security screening before entering the Hotel, which is very secure.
