room was perfect and spacious and comfy just as in the pictures and the bathroom has a bidet I booked a suite that has 2 bathrooms both have bidets, The location is perfect In Manila this was my first time in Conrad and to me, I`m always gonna book in Conrad from now on because of the location I can literally go to mall of Asia through the hotel just walk inside the hotel to reach escalator from lobby floor then down the escalator down then walk through sky bridge at the end of it tada you`re in mall of Asia :) I don't need to walk in the street at all and I can go to Starbucks next to the hotel with few steps literally 40 to 60 seconds top by walking and also you can go to S masion mall also through the hotel without stepping foot in the street plus bay walk right in front of the hotel just cross the street that's it and enjoy bay walk beach, the hotel has a super super super perfect and amazing location to me from now on I`ll always book Conrad every single time I`m going to manila and there`s a fancy Chinese restaurant called ( china blue by Jeremy Leung ) to me it's like I found a treasure :)

regarding the bonus question How accurate were the photos and information about facilities at this property on Booking.com? : yeah, I booked a Bay View suite and the pictures were nice and beautiful yet nobody cared to mention that some powerful company literally buried the ocean in front of the hotel to build something like a mall or condos I don't know what they are building BUT no ocean view just book any suite coz the ocean is like 60% buried and all ships working 24/7 for that they should remove bay view suite option from booking options I should get the money difference back between bay view suite and just a suite without the bay view

– Airport-style security screening at every entrance felt excessive and unwelcoming – Shower had very low water pressure despite a luxurious design – Room view faced rooftops and neighbouring buildings—not ideal – Only two small bottles of water provided daily; not enough for a non-drinkable tap water location – Luggage was not delivered to my room until I called to follow up – Chef at egg station was curt and unhelpful when I asked about baked beans – No proper quiet room to relax after sauna—only outdoor poolside seating in the heat

Our stay was a post birthday staycation for my Mom and I was also attending a concert that weekend at the MOA Arena. I wanted a comfortable staycation for her. Being situated just beside the mall, everything she might need were just nearby ( food, supplies, medications etc). I also loved that it was new and clean. Their staff were nice and I appreciated the birthday greeting, cake and plushie for my Mom in the room and birthday greeting and cake during breakfast.

I requested for a room near the elevator since my Mom recently had a heart attack just 3 weeks ago. I even confirmed that upon check in and was assured that it was just 3 doors away. However, we were assigned 10 doors away from the lift.

There was someone every 2 metres from when I got out of the cab to help me inside. Literally I was like a bucket of water passed down the fireman line. But this was good because I was tired and wanted everything to be someone else's problem. The hotel is huge but I get the feeling it's very well run. It has a bit of a casino feel in that it is enclosed and air conditioned and you would never have to leave. We loved the view, the funfair opposite which was really fun and colourful. We also loved exploring the mall next door once we figured out how to get into it. They left a teddy bear on the bed for our son which was gorgeous. All up it's a luxury experience by the effort they put into it. I'm not sure we got to see much of "manila" but it was only an overnight stay.

It felt a little bit like an "airport hotel" but some people like that. I like something with a little more character; however, this is like complaining that your husband isn't "Brad Pitt".

Not a big thing but did notice that there is always guest waiting at the lobby... might need more staff at a given time. I had a 20 min wait just to request for a late checkout which they absolutely helped me with but could have avoided that wait. There is too staff members waiting and available to invite guests, they should be able help in cases of longer waits.

The hotel is connected to the mall, which is very convenient.

However, after 10 PM, finding the entrance to the hotel becomes quite difficult. The passageways are closed, and there are no signs indicating that these routes are inaccessible after 10 PM. Especially in the Philippines, where heavy rain is common, it’s frustrating to see a skybridge that seems to lead to the hotel, only to walk for 10 minutes and find the door locked, with no other direct path to the ground, forcing you to retrace your steps.

My wife and I stayed in Conrad Manila Hotel for 3 nights. We both give this place a 4/5 stars. The hotel reached out via email to confirm our early morning arrival at 0300 and upgraded our suite to accommodate us even better given that we paid an extra day to compensate our arrival window. That itself made the experience personable. From the food to the hotel staff, we have no complaints at all compared to the other 5 star hotels. We stayed on the 7th floor, executive lounge, and their bathroom setup was incredible-- highly recommend! The hotel view from the room is subpar. There was construction in front of the pool and across the Bay. They’re building an extension of the mall that ruins the whole view. Furthermore, the smell if you step outside the hotel is horrendous. Just an absolute pungent smell coming from the Bay. You can also smell this if you’re in the pool. It’s pretty bad. The hotel has a ton of food and shopping options given that it’s literally connected to the Mall. Also, IKEA is nearby, two blocks down, if you would like to check that out and walk around. We recommend this place over Grand Hyatt Hotel in BGC which we also stayed at for 4 nights.

A very comfortable and luxurious room. Everything felt nice and it was a good space to relax in and get a good night sleep before our flight back home to Australia. The staff were polite, attentive and excelled at their tasks. We were overlooking Manila Bay which had a land reclamation project happening, but we couldn't hear any noise from that. We also ate at the Chinese restaurant and bistro downstairs which were both delicious, and we were very close to Mall of Asia. The room had quite a lot of storage and plenty of space around the bed area to sort out our luggage. We also really enjoyed the good water pressure and hot water in the shower. We utilised the car service from the airport to the hotel which was efficient and comfortable. Overall, an excellent hotel.

As there was an amusement park/ restaurants across the street, there was some noise from people riding the amusement rides at night time, but it wasn't too loud. I prefer some noise while im sleeping so it was ok to ignore.

I have visited Conrad Manila more than three times now, and every visit has been nothing short of exceptional. The services, facilities, staff, and food are simply outstanding. Starting with the services, I truly appreciate how they take the time to note down and remember personal preferences, especially dietary requirements. In my case, they ensure that no pork is included in anything served to me, which shows their dedication to guest satisfaction. They also go above and beyond by allowing early check-in before the standard time, ensuring maximum comfort. The staff are incredible—always smiling and maintaining their composure even during busy periods. They remain attentive to every request, no matter how crowded it gets. Even the security team warmly greets you, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. As for the food, their in-room service is a must-try, especially the Pancit Canton and Halo-Halo. I find myself craving these dishes every time I return home. Conrad Manila truly sets the bar high, and it’s always a pleasure to stay here.
