Everything is good, this place is like my second home.

they increased the price and The Lady Manager is really rude, non co operative, I would never go back to this hotel till the time she will be the manager. So Sorry My Space you loosed a loyal customer, i almost stay for a week or more whenever i am in Makati.

The front desk staff was very kind~ but I wonder if he's just the only front desk staff there. We stayed for 2 nights but he seemed to be on duty for the straight 48 hours. Anyway, the rooms were clean. The building seemed to be noice protected as outside noises as well as other guests' noice were not heard. I love it! I've stayed in many places in Metro Manila, but this hotel was best for its silence. Though located beside a busy street, it's quiet.

The breakfast menu should be asked by the staff upon check in so there should be no misunderstanding. We've been waiting for our breakfast until 8:30am but none was served so I called the frontdesk -- there, the staff said..they were waiting for us to tell the menu. 🙄 The foods were salty especially the adobo. Shomai was fine.

The hotel is relatively new and very competitive in its price point. The room that I was able to booked was the studio type. The room space is well used. The bed is comfy, linens are clean and white, pillows are soft. The toilet is separated from the bath which is a good thing. It has a very fast internet connection that I was even able to play mobile games. They have free water, coffee, toiletries and it even has an electric kettle. The room is well lit. The staff is accommodating & helpful. The location is near to shops.

No city view. The convenience store located at the lobby could be improved.

Very comfortable, clean and well kept facility and room. Hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. Right next door to a reputable massage studio with very professional staff and competitive prices.

Very poorly located if you're looking at doing things in Intramuros, downtown Manila, even Makati. The traffic is horrible in Manila so any taxi ride turns into at least an hour regardless of distance. Not technically in downtown Makati. The curtains do not really keep the daylight out. Sunrise in Philippines is relatively early (around 5:30-6:00 a.m.) when compared to some other countries, so sleeping in may be a challenge.

MySpace is a newly built hotel that's not too far from Market! Market! Its meals were delish, especially their breakfast. Also, the staff was accommodating and pleasant. One receptionist even gladly booked my Angkas ride. Plus, they served my brekky at 4:00 AM on the dot thanks to my early flight. Your efforts are highly appreciated!

As soon as I entered my room, I saw some strands of hair on the floor, so I asked the staff for a broom and dustpan and swept the floor myself. No sweat! Haha! Further, the toilet floor (they have a separate shower room and a restroom) was leaking during my entire stay, so the staff gave me two mats or so to soak up the water but to no avail. It was just a minor problem, but I hope they get it fixed soon. Overall, the hotel is great accommodation that's worthy of recommendation.

Great location (safe district), air conditioner, tv, bathroom, free drinkwater on the corridor, delicious breakfast, comfortable bed, clean room, great price/value ratio, very kind, and helpful staff - I arrived around 10AM (deadtired) - and I got the room without extra fee immediately. Apprechiated! Highly recommended! Also helped at airport transfer, so if I come back to Manila - I will chose myspce again, THANK YOU!

Location was along the highway. Our Van was huge but they gave us a safe parking space located on the other side of the road. The staff were friendly. Wifi was pretty good and we were able to watch free Netflix and YouTube. Water temperature can be adjusted and the beds were comfortable. The place has a cozy vibe, like you’re in Benguet or Vigan.

The hallway wasn’t ventilated, it was really hot. The bathroom and toilet was separated and the door to the toilet has a huge gap, I had to ask for a blanket to cover the huge gap on the door. only 1 person was assisting us through everything. We got 5 rooms and the man who assisted us was really nice but it took a lot of time since he’s alone.

The hotel is near restaurants like KFC, Jollibee, Big Sisters and many many more. Grocery nearby as well and pharmacy. Easy to get to and along highway. The wifi works great and I was able to work. It just auto disconnects every 2-3hrs but easy to reconnect again by logging in again.

The elevator was having issues during my stay but overall the place is fantastic.

No breakfast included in this book. The location is good for me as it is accessible to all types of transportation. The staff are accommodating. The room is nice and clean. Good for staycation.

I need to ask about other complimentary stuff like slippers, coffee, kettle, mugs and the like. The vat was not included the booking summary. Early check-in like just 2 hours is not free unlike with other hotels I have stayed if the room is available they will allow the guest as a complimentary gesture. A bit noisy during my stay looks like there is a construction on going. The WIFI connection is not stable as I got disconnected and need to reconnect while doing my work.

It’s cozy and comfortable. The staff are great they are so friendly and very nice. The rooms are great I really like the design and materials inside the room.

There are room for improvement on this properties. I hope there was a silverware inside the room. And also some hanger and iron. But I think you can request it to the staff. And they can also provide. I don’t have much not to like in this property.
