Room is very neat, has TV with netflix, Wifi, water heater for coffee, free water. Walking distance to Uptown/BGC as well as sari sari stores + transportation

Nothing much. Maybe just the sudden noise of door from other room when theyre closing I guess, since It kinda shocked me. bearable, not a hassle. Phone inside room for requests/questions maybe they can add soon

I'm basing all my feedback and expectations on the price point. This is good if you're on a budget and has business to conduct in Makati-BCG area, it's a 10-15min walk to BGC highstreet. Rooms are clean and it's easy to get help from staff about cleaning your room and asking for other things, like towel replacements etc. everyone is nice and courteous. the rooms aren't as big. The AC worked well, there are places where you can hang your clothes/things. There's an ATM nearby (not at the property but the next building to the right)

It was hard to get the heater to work, granted we did not asked help from staff about it - it should just work, right? We were on a higher floor, and the water pressure was low most of the time, it's a minor inconvenience and not a terrible thing in my opinion. The TV remote is weird? Also when we asked if we can borrow spoon/fork - they did not have any, but it's near convenience stores, so if you're planning to have food delivered make sure you add that to your order notes.

The Staff was really friendly and always helpful. Every time I hung up for room cleaning it was all done and well-made when I returned at the end of the day! TV is working properly and the shower was set at a perfect temperature for me, bidet and toilet were always clean as well as towels! The room I was in was a good size for just one, maybe two people.

It's hard to keep the noise level down from outside through the AC, so that was understandable but sometimes I was able to hear people from outside the door and elevator too, but overall it didn't bother me that much and it was otherwise really quiet and chill in the room! It would've been nice to have maybe one more water bottle in the room but otherwise, it's fine, to be honest

location is near bgc and market market, housekeeping cleaned our room well twice for our 3 night stay and refilled us with new bottled water and tissue every day, they also allowed us to leave our things on the hotel after checkout which we really appreciate, the people living nearby the hotel were so friendly

there was Nothing really inside the room it was small for 2people, no room slippers, not even a bathroom rag so our floor was super wet after showering, aircon was noisy, the room facility was soso

MyStay BGC North never fails to deliver and is probably our favorite among all the MyStay branches. No snags, just seamless service and cozy rooms.

One improvement for the small rooms is probably for them to provide extra shower mats ahead of time when reservations are made. The showers of smaller rooms are adjacent to the walkway and anyone who'll step out fresh from a bath will surely soak the area and the mat.

I like the strategic location for its a short walk to uptown Makati and not so busy street enabling us to have a good walk in the afternoon not hearing the honking of so many cars. Banks, fast food chains, mini groceries are just around the property. Cleanliness of their sheets and towels, the hot and cold shower is modernized but faucet in the sink just need a little adjustment for its not fixed rightly. It would be better if its rotational. Most importantly the price I paid is fair enough for the services they offered.

There was no cabinet, but its understandable for the room is small. Wifi signal is not strong. There are times that wifi can't be access especially late at night. There was no laundry service near the vicinity. If ever there is the staff is not aware.

It is my 2nd stay at the place and I enjoyed its proximity to BGC and to other businesses of convenience.

Nothing much, just the occasional crowing of roosters from the residential area behind the accommodation that sometimes can be annoying.

A quick walk from BGC, nice friendly staff - a comfortable room and a hot shower. We were very happy with our stay here.

For the price and location I can't say there is anything I didn't like. It would have been nice to have a coffee in the room, but you have to buy that. However, I was buying coffee anyway so it didn't matter.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rafa and Trisha were accommodating. I requested for the highest floor which is the 6floor upon checked in and Rafa grant my simple request. It's a magical moment to remember.

The bathroom is quite small but clean. The location was dark especially in the evening. There should be street lights.

Perfect location! We enjoyed our stay during New Year. Just walking distance to the BGC. The staff were nice and helpful. I really enjoyed the hot shower. The room temperature was great! WiFi worked well since we're working at that time.

Only the small bathroom and no mini fridge.
