I like the ambiance and location and staff

Were located at 6th floor, and the other who check in from other room are too noisy from night to dawn and didn't see any staff around to warn them. We didnt sleep properly that day its very disappointing. We always check in this property twice a year because we really like this hotel but disappointing because the shower (water flow)are not working properly .

iHotel ‘s exterior looks like some of the typical old, weathered apartments in the “embo” areas of Makati but its interior is a nice surprise. Lobby has minimalistic aesthetic. Room is basic and spacious. I had a comfortable stay although I wished the room was cleaner (dusty clothes rack, fridge area). Overall, I enjoyed my stay because room was inviting and cozy enough for the rates and the staff were friendly and professional.

Not soundproofed rooms so loud and rowdy guests can be annoying.

Excellent location, near BGC area just crossing the busy Kalayaan Avenue. Despite this road carries traffic all the day long, there is no noise affectation at all to the hotel. There are many local eateries around, and for those willing to try restaurants and so on, there are several malls within very close and quiet walking distance (15-25 min at most).

Room service is scheduled each 3 days, which is fine and it is an environmentally-sustainable practice, while it helps to reduce unnecessary costs and keep very affordable rates. However, the guest must request personally to the front desk that service. It is not a serious inconvenience though, and at the same time room cleaning is not limited to specific hours, which is OK. On a different note, underground rooms may experience sometimes cloggage issues, due to drainage difficulties quite common to many areas in Metro Manila. Nevertheless, the maintenance staff was very diligent in solving them in a timely manner, after informing the front desk, so no complain at all.

It is quite a new property in a in a new business locality, all high rises on the other side of the street, plenty of fast food chains and also local street foods in plenty. It was basic, clean, simple, the bed was good, excellent internet, free drinking water from the dispensers.

The location is far from the city centre which I did not realise at the time of booking. Surrounded by lots of shanties and slums (but that does not affect the property), an optional standing fan and a chair would be welcome (for people who do not like AC), towels could be better, entrance is narrow

Aside from the location, what I like the most about this property is their reliable internet connection. This hotel is my go to place whenever I need a decent, quite and comfortable temporary working space as well as family staycation. I still find this place family-friendly.

Not sound-proof facility, I can hear my son's voice nearby room, however that's not a deal breaker, I can totally understand.

We love the location since BGC is so accessible in their area, it’s just across the street. Also, the place is compliant with building ordinances so we feel safe.

The enormous willingness to solve everything on the part of the staff who work at the reception. It is notorious how they have been trained to provide customer satisfaction from the moment of check in to check out. On the other hand is the comfort in the rooms. They are better than the rooms of other hotels that are central, such as The Minisuits Eton Tower or those of the Fersal chain... The cleanliness, the good aroma and the order of the room relaxes the mind and body.

The location is located in a neighborhood that for now is a popular neighborhood with all the pros and cons that this implies.

Close to BGC and food/convenience stores.

Card facilities did not work when I check in, try all my 3 cards but nothing work. Went out and used my cards , it all work. Had to pay my stay in cash. They even ask me what card I used to pay for my stay but they couldn’t process it!

Was very near walking distance to bgc and the staff was helpful and great customer service also great price

Bed sheets gets changed every 3 days and once the house keeping put my dirty towels back on the bed folded to be used which made me disappointed just for this one small thing the place would have had 10 out of 10

The property is just next to BGC. You can easily walk for a few minutes to High Street. The room is spacious on basement 3. There's a fridge that cools easily. There are a lot of payment options that you can choose from.

The TV however has only 1 channel, I'm not sure though. The shower has hot and cold but it takes a while for you to enjoy the warm water. They'll charge you if you check in early than 1 pm and if you check out late.
