The front desk staff are very supportive and friendly. I came from a business meeting tired and pissed off but when I entered the front desk reception, they are very pleasant and with smiles in their faces. Your staffs did their job well.

Excellent Reception and Room service staff.. especially Ghen, Keith, Dess, Gab, Richter & Rod.. (cant remember a couple more names sadly) ..and Ruel was exceptionally helpful, also Eric on daily servicing of the room. Location best suited my personal activities.

Morning breakfast wasn't able, and the fitness center and pool area could be better maintained. Rooms in general need to be upgraded as the hotel is beginning to show it's age.

Location can't be beat for proximity to all forms of shopping and restaurants. Greenbelt5 across street, Landmark a block away and Glorietta just past that. All easy walking distance.

The detail cleanliness of the room. Shower walls darkened with dirt from previous visitors - was reported but marginally addressed (easily cleanable with Ajax and green pad but they tried using Windex). Not much of a choice in TV entertainment - would have paid for additional options if were made available. Very nice garden area for 'smoking' but, always not attended to on a regular basis. If only one location to worry about, not quite sure why not taken care of more regularly. Since only area for smoking, should have had some form of cover from the off again/on again rains.

The staff were exceptional. They were all so very kind, helpful and very welcoming. The location is fantastic; restaurants and shopping right outside when you walk out of the building. There are laundromats and drug stores close by if you're staying for an extended period. Convenience stores 10 steps away that are open 24 hours. I was amazed with how close it was to greenbelt. There's a small chapel in the center of green belt for all the religious folk as well. I stayed 20 days and it was fantastic.

The building definitely shows it's age but you can not beat the location.

Great location (good enough to not even want the breakfast in the hotel!), spacious and clean room and CR, beautiful pool on the roof! The staff called me when i left the key in the door after returning once, very considerate. Felt safe. Highly Recommended.

The bads are above the goods for some reason, but i want to emphasize this was a great hotel! There was a line of ants that found one of the sweet things we left on the table. Not a big deal but be careful Also I may be wrong but there weren't any toothbrushes in the amenities

The location is great, with several establishments nearby. The room is smaller than the ones we've stayed in before, but it was fine since we were only staying for one night last Friday. It was a Studio Prime room, though there were no lights in the table area. However, the bed was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff was very friendly, especially Kuya Roell, who was incredibly courteous, helpful, and accommodating.

Mentioned it above - no counter lights specifically on the table.

What we like about condotel is you can cook and whatever you want very convenient for us being in a budget trip for business or work and also nearby in malls and shopping centers.

I didn't like it is when they didn't clean the underbed we just notice it accidentally we did not do it in purpose because we add 1 extra bed for extra person and we move the beds and stick together so we noticed that they just cleaned what we really saw. But to cope up we requested for make up room and they do the cleanup nothing really is a problem all in all in our stay.

Nice room. Clean. Spacious. Air conditioning. Very good proximity to shopping mall and restaurants. Very central. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

The best thing about this hotel is its proximity to greenbelt and all the shopping and food options available. They are also not very strict with the visitors to your unit as long as you are with them when they come in.

The cleaning of the bathroom could have been better. When I arrived and used the bathroom, there was a bra hanging at the back of the door.

Fantastic location if you're spending most of your time in Makati CBD and malls. Very spacious room.

During our stay, internet was down. The elevator in the building is not well maintained. The room has very minimal facilities (e.g no hand towel, no toothbrush, no slippers, only 1 pillow).
