Convenient to the shops. Courteous staff. Variety of breakfast buffet menu everyday. Acknowledge loyalty of customers and give big discount on buffet

They change our towel and bathrobe everyday but they are not as clean white as what we have on our first day.

The Location is excellent due to the access to the surrounding area very central I found, re access to malls and other areas close to the hotel ie walking distance to shopping. Breakfast variety was very good in my view. The room was very good the size and comfort of the bed, plus the room itself was a good size, bathroom was good and clean

What can be done better is breakfast. Regarding variety is good as said but hot servings were not hot ie cooked eggs, bacon etc were usually cool to even served cold this is a let down so I ended up by passing a cooked breakfast and went back to having a continental style breakfast. But the restaurant in itself was very good and staff were excellent.

As always the location is one of the main reasons for us to stay here, no travel at all needed to reach the malls, just walk downstairs. We could not be happier and the staff as always are one of the friendliest hotel staff in Manila in our opinion.

The building, along with the rooms and the furnishing are showing their age and are in need of serious updating, the shower hoses seem like they haven’t been replaced since the hotel opened and their maintenance are quite lacking unfortunately. The same goes for the couches and their seat cushions.

The location was perfect and very convenient. It’s next to glorietta mall. It was excellent. Flavours restaurant was excellent and their waiter Christian and the other waitresses were excellent and friendly. They served delicious vegetarian meals which was delightful. The gym and the pool was very good.

We checked in in the evening so we were very tired. We were given a room that had defects on it like broken tv and kettle not working etc. the room wasn’t that clean. I went back to reception and she was not that friendly and allocated to us with a new room and it was very clean and everything ie equipment was working.

Great location for a balikbayan - near malls- covered walking areas towards the mall. Wheelchair accessible. Breakfast is awesome and staffs are attentive to your needs. Great coffee , pinoy favs breakfast menu , with international flare of India and American as well. Rooms are big enough, with complete bathroom necessities ( with conditioner and body wash, toothbrush and small toothpaste), bathrobes and bathtub too. Room have free nespresso coffee and like 6 bottles of water ( do not bring the bottle home- they will charge you for that). Beds and pillow are clean and no smell on them Overall- yes planning to stay again- hopefully- I wish they could be little bit competitive with pricing.

Great Location. attached to large mall. If you like me, On business trips i do not venture out of the hotel. So this location with the mall attached to it, makes it easy to find restaurants. Only $5 from the airport to the hotel by taxi or service like Uber called Grab. Grab is much better service. The location, Makati is very nice and safe. The hotel is b=very clean. The hotel rooms great and cleaned well everyday. I had breakfast every morning in the hotel, I recommend you include breakfast with the your reservation, the food is plenty and good. food server are nice and attentive. House keeper, room cleaner are very nice, they do good job in cleaning and provided me with the extra towels I asked for . Front desk staff is great also. Service with smile always. I should mention one of the staff member at the front desk, her name is LY. She was very helpful. All staff speak good English and always welcoming. I will stay aging in the hotel third week of April. Great job by all. Dr. Sam

Location, food, staff and the hotel

Right at the heart of Makati’s commercial district, the hotel’s location means the entirety of Ayala Center and its hundreds of establishments are within walking distance, rain or shine, which makes shopping and dining unbelievably convenient. Proximity to the airport is another major plus if you’re an international traveler.

The building is showing its age, especially post-pandemic. The first room we were given had a malfunctioning AC and a carpet that had a musty smell, but they quickly rectfied this by transferring us to another room that was almost perfect except for a touch of mold on the ceiling. Quarantine-era instructional stickers are also still affixed to various functional items—these should probably be removed since they are now unnecessary and impact the illusion of “home living” negatively. But these are minor issues that are mitigated by the hotel’s attractive pricing and superb value proposition.

The location, the facilites and most of all the customer service. All the staff went up above to assist us during our stay. They even recommended some places to go! 😊

There was a small issue with the toilet in our room. It didn’t have water over the whole night, even though the shower and sink did have. We report it to the concierge and they offer to send someone to check it at the time we reported it (2:00am) but my mom was already deep sleeping and we didn’t want to bother we understand that it was something that was out of the control of the hotel. The hotel fixed it immediately in the morning as soon as we woke up!

-Room was big, comfortable and clean. -Very good breakfast. -Very good WiFi. -The swimming pool area is very nice. -The transfer service from and to the airport worked really good. However, maybe a little expensive when compared to GRAB taxi service. Nevertheless, we prefer to do it like this. - We requested late check out, that the hotel immediately accepted and the price paid was very reasonable.

-We try to have lunch at the Oz Bar located at RD floor but we were told that the food would take at least 45m to be ready, we just order a carbonara spaghetti, nothing to complicated in our point of view. -For those of you used to pay with Apple Pay, the hotel does not offer this payment method.

Buffet breakfast was great! It was the highlight of getting up. I loved the variety of food. Staff so friendly and helpful. I used the smalll gym. Fairly well equipped. Hotel Location is so convenient!

I did notice a slight musty smell from room and vent. The a/c vents should be cleaned. Also when you took a shower, the floor is not leveled to drain properly so water would seep out under door.
