- very nice and helpful staff!!! - late check-out possible (with fee) - deposit luggage possible (with fee) - room was spacious enough to open big luggage - the bed was soo comfortable, slept like a baby - convenience store and external restaurant right in the ground floor (BIG PLUS imho!) - restaurants are in walkable distance - taxis and cabs find the address easily Note: I travelled alone and only stayed one night. For that, it is sufficient. I would not recommend it if you would stay more than 3 nights, since it is rather a basic but solid hotel.

- there's no breakfast or restaurant available. Though there is a external restaurant and convenience store right outside at ground floor. - there was still some shampoo from the other guest in my shower, rest of the room was clean. I didn't mind too much but if you need it extremely spotless clean it's not for you. - costs for late check-out and luggage deposit is a bit expensive, but still okay for Makati prices - there is no little kitchenette or even a little tray with a water kettle or something to prepare your own coffee in the morning

Just the right city hotel for a short stay in Manila. It has all the basic facilities/amenities, nothing too extra but nothing is lacking either. They also have laundry services with reasonable price. Location wise, it's right in the center of Makati, so it's pretty strategic.

One staff looked a bit unfriendly (probably she was just sleepy during night shifts). But everyone else was cool. The neighborhood, although in the center of the city, is not a convenient at all one to walk around (unless you just want to walk a few meters away to some convenience store or restaurant). If you wish to walk a lot, you better stay in the BGC area.

Budget friendly hotel with great service. 10/10 for the staff 🌟 Room was small and cozy. Well lit and wifi was fast. There are ample parking spaces, and guests gets free parking (1 car per room)

Location is near establishments (restos and fast food chain, convenience stores) but quite far from malls. Neighborhood particularly amorsolo street gets a little scary at night especially for female solo travellers. I went out to look for a place to eat but heard shouting down the street so I backed out and just ate 7eleven food 😅 I also did not like that their bathroom sink was malfunctioning. Toiletries like toothbrush or toothpaste were not provided. No slippers too. They have wall mounted liquid soap tho, and towels and bed sheets were clean and smelled nice.

Staff are friendly, they will greet you with a smile every time they see you. Helps you whenever they could. Also the proximity is also an advantage. The room is clean. Hot water shower, AC and Fan is working well. The television will keep you entertained.

First 2 nights we had a problem with the water pressure being too low. But that very next day they notified us that they will be fixing the pipe. It is good that they give notice in advance before the maintenance. After that, we've enjoyed the shower. All in all they solved the problem. So our stay is good.

Good location for my need. Ayala is about 20mins walk. Lots of public transport outside, or you can ask them to get you taxi. Room is good size and clean. They provided laundry service. 24hours reception. Staffs were nice and helpful. Provided luggage storage on checkout (though, with a fee if you leave bag after 2pm)

I did not like was there was no shower curtain, so after taking shower, then water would be all outside of the shower area.

A very good stay, nice staff, rooms as expected. Good value for the money. Great location in the heart of Makati. Close to some enjoyable malls and close to some very good restaurants. Next visit to Manila, no hesitation where we will book!

Rooms in the Red Planet are not very big. They have a bit of strange bathroom, especially the closing of the shower. But the water was hot and had a nice pressure, and that is what counts. One cannot expect the Balmoral Palace for the prize this hotel charges.

Location wise near Makati Medical Center and expecting no fireworks near the area which is good since the reason I booked this is because of my allergy and its New Year 's Eve.Also walking distance to the main road if you want to ride a jeep bus or taxi there's some resto or convenient store near the hotel.The bed is comfortable to sleep.

I don't like their soap dispenser even though it says 3-in-1 for the reason that the cover keeps on falling down.

The room is just enough to stay at if you're just looking for a quiet place to sleep in and not really for a staycation. It is equipped with just the basics but it is very clean and tidy. The room acoustics are also good, you can barely hear any of the other guests. The staff are also friendly and helpful, and the hotel even have a 7Eleven downstairs which is perfect if you want a late night snack or drink. There's also plenty of restaurant choices around and is one of the most budget friendly hotel options in the area.

There's no closet in the room and there's only a hanging rack with a few hangers for your clothes. There's also no trash bin in the room, just in the toilet.

We arrived during the night, so it was very nice to be able to checkin at their 24h reception (if you're coming with taxi don't forget to mention you're headed to Amorsolo location, because there are 2). The hotel has many restaurants nearby and also a 7/11 and an Uncle John's shop. The shower was lukewarm (not very warm) water and the room could use some cleaning (the floor was dirty) and it would be nice to get a whole toilet paper, because we stayed for 2 nights and quickly ran out of the half used roll. They had ac and ventilator enough for during the night, it wasn't too cold or too hot. But besides that it was ok and they let us leave our luggage there after checkout.

The hallways had a mouldy smelll and the floor in our room was dirty.

We booked this place because of the proximity of my husband's medical exam clinic. Its clean. We come here for short stays. If you are transitting for a stay to the airport without paying a lot, choose to stay here. 7/11 was only downstairs and there were a few of restaurants nearby. Comfortable beds but small room. If you have too many luggage. Book a bigger size room.

Plain room, no kettle or slippers. And a mini fridge will do.
