Spacious room, comfortable amenity.

There's no wifi. I don't actually use other's wifi for security reasons but when I tried to search for it, the indicated SSID is not available in the wifi network list. The reception area/entrance could be better.

* The staff was helpful. * The showerhead was almost perfect (for me). * The water pressure was better than most places. * The place is fairly close to the nicer places of Makati.

* The room becomes warm very quickly when the AC is not in use. * The area is noisier than most places. * I didn't like the faucet handles. They remind me more of spigot handles.

In the middle of Makati, near embassies, food and everything you need. I was there for some matters at the embassy. Excellent location, near airport as well so cheap taxi (a grab was 244peso at 1-2AM). Room was clean, with ac, working toilet (flush as well), working shower with excellent pressure. The owner waited for me up until 2AM so I can check-in, this was awesome. Kind staff. 7-11 at 3 minute walk.

In my room (single bed) the bed was too short. My heigh is 1.84m and I was a little longer than the bed. Not big problem anyway.

Very convenient location in Makati, close to lots of restaurants and shops. I have to commend the cleanliness of this hotel! The room, including the bathroom and all public areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean - exceptional. The location is in a fairly quiet street which is always important in a city like Manila!

At check-in there seemed to be endless forms to complete. After a long journey from the southern tip of Luzon this wasn't very appreciated. I could provide all vaccination documents if necessary, but the forms asked too many detailed questions. I never had to fill in so many forms even in much more expensive hotels!

Marco and the lady staffs are the best. All of them are very nice and accommodating Owner is also easy to talked to. Very responsive in text and call. Appreciate their hospitality. Had a very comfortable stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. Aircondition was suffiecient. We were overall happy with our stay and would stay again. Recommended for budget conscious clients.

Price was very affordable yet room was spaceous. Budget friendly for those traveller's with longer stay in the city. Also hotel staff are very accommodating especially we came from same province BISAYA culture.

It was a short stay so didn't expect more. Maybe a jug in the room for coffee would be great ☕🙏

The room was clean. The staff are accomodating and approachable. The ambience outside the room is quiet and you can rest without any disturbance.

My suggestion is maybe you can provide a either water heater or water dispenser for every room so that the client dont need to go outside for a coffee early in the morning. Also, provide a metal or a little space to hang clothes inside the bathroom.

Other guests were noisy.. they don't consider other guests are resting. Hoping for signage na KEEP QUIET...
