Room The room was clean and a decent size, with a comfortable bed, a table, and a chair. Personal Everyone was friendly and made me feel welcome. They kindly allowed me a late check-out, two hours later than usual. Breakfast Good taste and a nice variety of options. Location Great location in the Makati area.

The room had a very small window facing an air conditioning unit, which made it a bit noisy. I asked to change rooms and was surprised to learn that all twin rooms were designed this way. It wasn’t a major issue for me, though.

The beds

The room is not well lit. Feels like its always night time. Even if we opened our windows, the building’s wall were blocking the sunlight also

The hotel was very cheap overall. The room was very large and in good condition. It had a toothbrush, soap, shower gel, conditioner and body wash. No razor. The location is great for a taxi around Makati, BGC, Pasay, Quezon and more. It is only a short drive to the airport. Just ask them to book a grab for which you pay cash. Taxies will try to con you if they are dodgy, no one uses the meter so get a grab. One guy gave me a price and didn't know where my hotel was. I had to look it up for him as he couldn't use his phone. He then asked for another 200. I paid my agreed fee + my tip. Don't let the taxi drivers con you. Get a SIM card and register. If you plan to stay a long time, get the grab on your phone.

The corridor has a musty smell. This is usually from damp. The rainy season I guess. The carpets and damp smell need to be sorted out for a branded hotel. The smell is in the lift as well. Luckily, the rooms are devoid of it. When I left I was asked to pay for a sheet on the bed because I got some chocolate on it. I refused and recorded them as the housekeeping stated this, a man. I found this the worst part of the stay as it took the Ramada name and dipped it into the dirt. I know scams are around the Philippines but I don't expect it in the Ramada hotel.

The location is great. There’s a laundry shop that’s 70m away that opens at 6am. Shopwise (supermarket) is nearby and there are fast food restaurants that are a few minutes away from it. The breakfast is also decent. The staff also made a huge difference in making my stay comfortable. They’ll assist you to book your grab taxi, assist you with an umbrella when it rains, and they’re generally nice and pleasant. You get good quality for its affordable price.

Some maintenance issues like AC with a bucket of water below it to collect water droplets due to moisture. A bit of damp air in the hallway from the carpet.

I booked my mom to stay there for a night. The staff is very accomodating to her. They are very approachable. The room is big enough for the price. Clean and soft bed. My mom said its very comfortable. The breakfast is perfect add on as well. They have variations of food. The parking area at the basement is small if u have big car.. but atleast they have a parking space. 😍

I just need to point out the damage deposit, it says at booking.com 1000pesos..but during check in she got confused as they we're asking 2000pesos. If i was with her, i usually dont mind and defo understand how damage deposit works.. but when u book it for someone and u said the exact amount they need to bring exta, it might confuse them if its not the same. Specially senior citizen peeps. So just please update or clarify that on the website to prevent false information. Its a good thing the receptionist was really nice and pleasant, she made adjustments for my mama.

Really friendly staff and decent location from shops and food. Buffet had variety and freshly cooked omelette at request. Was a bit disappointed in cleanliness of the room. I understand bugs get inside any building and die, but I expect that to be cleaned up before new guests arrive. We had a dead cockroach next to the bed the day we got there and it remained there up until we left 4 days later. Not once did the cleaners sweep or vacuum it up which I expected to be done for guests staying there. The shower also had no hot water on day one and we needed assistance to get the bar fridge working.

You get what you pay for with this hotel, this is a very affordable hotel, clean rooms, reception area and dining area. Not being a local, I was worried about the location (as I have booked a hotel before which was near the ‘Red light district’ and I wasn’t to know). However this location does not have any bars of that sort near by, instead you have launderettes, fast food places such as McDonald’s, Chow King and a big grocery store just walking distance away. You can get a GRAB to Greenbelt for less than 200php from the hotel. The best part of this hotel is the exceptional staff, they were all so warm and welcoming, really making our stay that more comfortable with their genuinely friendly hospitality that you expect from Filipinos. From the door man, to reception, to the catering staff, to housekeeping they were all so lovely to me and my family that we would definitely recommend this hotel.

That we weren’t given the extra bed (for our 6 year old daughter) that I had requested months before our arrival and they wanted to charge us over 2000php per night for an extra bed. Thankfully the beds were extra large but it still wasn’t enough room for a comfortable nights sleep.

The staff was amazing. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate my requests. Chef John and Chef Gerald cooked my tasty meals to perfection. Housekeeping staffers happily fulfilled my needs. Manuel patiently waited and delivered my laundry sooner than promised. Both Jory and Nelson were my local encyclopedia, knowing where to go and who to contact. The security guard Marvin made me feel safe, secured, and privileged. He was always attentive, alert and smiling. Front desk staffer Jewel was always pleasant, smiling, and happy to address my concerns. And Sheryl, either at the desk or immediately taking my calls from the room, was always gracious, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The friendly hotel staff of this 3 star hotel made me feel like I was in a 5 star hotel.

I wish my room had a fridge and the room safe was not securely bolted to the ground.

The room was quite big and the bed very comfortable. The Hotel is located in a very quite neighbourhood and therefore we had a good rest at night. Rooftop is super nice and we where able to order food straight into our room. (altough a bit on the pricey side) We used the gym twice - not the biggest but has all you need for an intense workout. Breakfast was quite diverse and we got plenty even last minute. As always in the Philippines, the staff was super nice and helpful.

Only downside is the internet. We stayed a whole week and the Internet was basically not working the whole time. Well, it works in theory but its incredibly slow. When there are a lot of guests in the Hotel (morning and evening) its not working at all and disconnects all the time. Therefore i was not able to work which was the reason we decided not to extend our stay. Bring your own sim card if you plan to watch a movie. I highly urge to Hotel to improve their Wifi since its not meeting todays standard at all.

We stayed at this hotel 3 times already and we will comeback for sure. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable, with hot water, good A/C, fresh bed linen and towels. Staff is very nice. Breakfast is good. You have supermarkets, places to eat, laundry at walkable distance. The rooftop bar & restaurant is also nice. I really do not understand why guests write such bad reviews because is not the case. The only reason I do not give a 10 is because it is a little noisy, even if us not hotel's fault, we're in Manila.
