I am a repeating guest at this hotel. It is quiet, clean and comfortable (If you purchase the extra bedding). There is a grocery market, fast food and gym within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Staff was responsive to requests. The neighborhood is somewhere in the middle for Manila; it is Safe, but it is not the Makati Greenbelt, that it is not the best, but certainly it is not the worst.

As mentioned I have stayed at this hotel several times. On this stay there was a foul order that seemed to be emanating from the bathroom drain and/or a poorly vented toilet drain. Hotel maintenance placed a towel over the floor drain which helped somewhat, but did not eliminate the odor. I had not encountered this issue on previous stays or rooms, so it may just be a one off. Standard bedding is only a sheet. Blankets and extra pillows are charged 200 php and 100 php each respectively. Oh well.

My 1st time to spent an overnight stay and exceeded my expecfation. Room smells good and neat. Though strict with the check in time, i undrrstand, its all worth it. I so loved the paintings.. simple art yet ooozing. So relaxing and serene. I will do definitely book another stay. Also ... hotel is smoke free whick i so loved. And secured rooms with their card key..

Hmmm.... there is one of the staff that is not customer friendly. The brreakfast I asked to be serve in the room. And the knocking wa so hard, I understand no doorbell. But as soon as i opened the door, no greetings of good morning at all.. Also the breakfast served, i would rate 6/10. Overall hotel stay still good.

Everything was perfect! The rooms are super clean. You can always count on the hotel staff for bringing you water or to take away your rubbish plastic. Food in the breakfast was really great. You can pick whatever you want from the table, bread with jam, or a bowl of soup, or great soft rolls, coffee, juice. Etc. The hotel was very accomodating to my request to provide me with the quiet room. The room was in fact really quiet and I loved it! In the best location possible at the top floor. I couldn't ask for anything better! Before my stay I realised that some people complained about the "not the best wifi". It's nonsense. First, make sure you don't come to the hotel with 10 year old laptops or phones that have bad capacity to reach for the Wi-fi. Even from that top floor I could easily work online and watch Twitch streams at the same time. Also, if you need light-speed internet so much, then please just go to the comfortable reception lounge downstairs and you will watch 4k movies there. You have such an amazing location in this hotel, that you really shouldn't waste your life on being so Internet-dependent. Come on! Go outside sometimes, since you have KFC, McDolands, Chowking, Shopwise, Very cheap Pizza restaurant next to 7eleven, the amazing restaurant Taiwan Noodles, all within 2 minute walk!

It's clean and the staff were accommodating. The security guard even assists us from parking until entering the hotel.

The room was clean. There were also complimentary water and coffee available in the room. However, would suggest to have a bathroom mat so it won't be slippery when wet.

The place was really serene and comfy. The room was really clean. I love the sense of privacy and comfyness I was getting with the room. The staff were nice and accomodating, and the location itself was really good considering I like places that are isolated from the very busy and urban areas of the city.

I guess it was the lack of any affordable food establishments, even though I appreciate the location's serenity, the major food chains are just a bit too far. The bathroom was also prone to becoming too wet because it was only a shower curtain.

Ms. Iya at the front desk was always helpful and also very knowledgeable about any questions I had about the city. Mr. Donald was very polite. Any time I had an issue with my water temperature even at 3 am he always had a smile and worked quickly. Mr. Hill the door greeter was helpful when I had bags or mail. There are guards on duty 24/7. I felt safe my entire stay

I like the location, spacious room, available tv channels, and the hall way seems like an art gallery with art works for sale.

The noise from the street, squeaky bed with thin blanket, unstable internet, limited food menu for room service, small but aesthetic elevator, and strong air freshener at the reception hall.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room is tastefully made to look like an expensive hotel and the free breakfast is also a very good value for my money. It is also nice that they have a beer brewery bar at the lobby.

The wifi is very weak in some areas of the hotel. The a/c in my room was dripping water but the staff was very accommodating and they tried to fix it at once.

The hotel is near in 4 fast foods (KFC, Mcdo, Chowking, Shakeys), convinience store like 7/11, near laundry shops, banks like Metrobank/Chinabank/Eastwest, grocery store like Shopwise. 1 ride of sidecar to AYALA CIRCUIT & SM. The hotel price is very budget friendly. The staff was very welcoming & friendly.

The one in charge who checks the door knob in the morning shift not that friendly & also the door knob itself we’re having a hard time opening the door because the battery is low so we kept asking for assistance.
