Good location and friendly staff

Staff did not make it clear that borrowing an extra pillow costs 100 pesos per night per pillow. I was really surprised that I paid almost one night's payment for the two pillows I borrowed for 8 nights. Perhaps it may be helpful to create a brochure of what is included in the booking as well as the costs of extra services

Everything is good at the hotel . The hotel staff at reception are very nice and patient . The superior room we booked is quiet and spacious,the bed is comfortable,shower is hot .The rooms are equipped with air conditioner. The parking space is limited,I see there are 4 space in front of the hotel which is free ,when we get there they are all occupied so we parked at the hotel underground parking with a charge of 150 ps for one night ,I think it’s worth for the safety and also convenient because there is elevator from the underground parking to the reception and the rooms . There are all kinds of restaurants and stores and supermarkets around the hotel in walking distance.

It's clean and fresh. Well maintained building with a nice atmosphere. The area is also safe and has loads of cafes and restaurants. The hotel receptionist is so sweet and she talks English very well. They helped us out with a package we needed to receive before our arrival on our second visit. We stayed there two times for three days each. Highly recommend!

The staffs are very hospitable, and it gives you twice the value of what you've paid for. Accessible to the food stops, gym, and even a print shop where I get to have my documents printed. I would definitely come back.

Unfortunately, Novaliches is slightly far to some of the places in Metro Manila. But other than that, it's good. Wifi might need some work though, I've been using data during my entire stay.

casa lily is very near Robinsons easymart, kfc, dunkin donut and 7-11.; there is a nesrby eatery too that serves filipino dishes. room is very clean. statt are nice. hot water for coffee is available at the lobby 24/7. The place is very clean and very safe. Two thumbs up!

Kind and beautiful receptionist 😊 Very quiet place. I felt like the only guest in the building. Good restaurant next door, fruit sellers nearby and a bank across the road. Stable internet connection. So far the cleanest place I had in Manila in this price category. Normally on all other hotels the pics don't match the reality, but this one does.

Very clean, comfortable rooms serviced by lift. Staff very helpful. Easy access after hours. Small room with work desk adequate for short stay.

No toilet paper supplied but available close by.

Honestly i enjoyed almost everything about the hotel.the fan above the bed was nice, the ac was strong enough to cool the room down,the location is really good you can walk to almost anything you need and it's easily accessible to taxis.the hotel staff were beyond nice and helpful.the wifi was actually pretty solid espically compared to more expensive hotels I've stayed at that have trouble loading YouTube videos.

Only thing that kinda bummed me out was the lack of channels on the tv. And that's really not even that bad just kinda a nit pick.

Pay parking but well secured. Hotel Facility is well maintained clean. Close to shops and restaurants

Toilet paper are not free. But you have instead hose to clean your behind. Like other hotels as well.

I like the place it is always clean and very quiet. The staff are very approachable and polite. The service given is indeed excellent.

I cannot find anything bad during my stay. Just keep what you're doing.
