The hotel is central and safe - convenient to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The desk and housekeeping staff were pleasant and helpful. My room was very clean, with nice hot shower, and good water pressure. I would have preferred a shower curtain in the bathroom to prevent water from splashing all over. And I would have added a dresser drawer in the bedroom.

Friendly honest staff

Nothing to complain , there is no towel for the floor, that’s why the floor in the toilet always wet. normally 2 towel for guest and for the floor

the location is the closes thing to family and friends. the ayala mall across the street is helpful in shopping and dining out. area is peaceful and quiet most of the time...

for the hotel price the rooms are incomplete with not having a refrigerator, microwave, dishes like plates and silverware. much better wi-fi or more tv viewing options

Great value hotel! Staff were very friendly & helpful, from housekeeping to front desk staff. It was also very conveniently located with loads of shops and reataurants within wlking distance.

Room furnishings can do with a refurb and grouting in shower/toilet can do with a deep clean.

I like that everything was provided for. Also, the staff is very polite and helpful.

There was no view outside from my room 🥲 I opened the curtain and it was just the exhuast, I think. Also, the part of the bathroom where the toilet seat and sink are placed gets flooded because the floor does not tilt towards the drain 😵

The hotel is in a great and safe location. There’s a vibrant park across the street and It’s close to Ayala mall with many other amenities. Friendly and helpful staff.

I wasn’t reminded of any free breakfast which is not a big deal to me.

Always a great stay here - the most accommodating, kindest, and best staff. The property has 24/7 security and the rooms are clean and comfortable. There’s no mini fridge, but there’s a 7/11 next door and conveniently located close to a mall
