It is my second time on this studio type hotel and the place as great. It is very near in UP Diliman. It is also near in eleven and other fast food chains. The tricycle is just right in front to take you in your destination.

The hotel can provide a soap and added scent in the bathroom. Also, disposable slippers ill be grateful for the visitors. Additional floor mat outside the comfort room would be better.

Location is good, walking distance to the Katipunan train station and to the UP Katipunan jeepney station. It's also close to a lot of convenience stores and food establishments.

The floor of the shower was not tilted towards the drain so the water was pooling to one side instead of directly to the drain.

It is close to UP Diliman where we attended graduation day. The room is perfect for family. 2 toilets and bathrooms separately. There is covered parking too.

There is microwave but no microwaveable plates to borrow at least.

Felt very safe and secure. They had a security guard at the door and service counter open 24/7. Spacious room and had room we requested (one bedroom and 2 beds).

The gym was above us, was noisy (esp when weights are dropped on the floor!). The noise surprised us, but was tolerable as gym not busy everyday.

The room was spacious, clean and complete. It has the option on whether to turn off the aircon open windows. Room assignment are facing the quieter parts of the neighborhood. Location is near the high end and low end of food choices, that you don't really need a kitchen. You can always just order Grab and get it from the lobby. Staff remembers guests and addresses concerns.

Frequent "flyer" discounts. Hahaha.

Location was near our intended place for visit. Lots of nearby convenience stores and restaurants. Staff was very nice and excellent.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Members of the staff are nice and personable from the receptionists to the guards. The area is relatively safe, and the hotel rooms are secure. I’ll give my stay a 9/10.

My only comment is that the internet is very weak so I'm not sure if this is the right place to stay if you have deadlines to beat, or meetings on video.

Me and my guy friend stayed here for a short staycation. Staff was kind and even brough our grabfood to our rooms. The bathroom was clean, they provided free toothbrushes and soap. They are also not strict with the check in time. Would recommend for anyone in a budget but wants quality. Overall it was a great experience, I would go here again if needed!

Their TV tho kept freezing when we watch youtube for some reason also the wifi is not too strong so better bring some pocket wifi with you.

It exceeded our expectation for the room, such as cleanliness and also student friendly because of the table and chair with lamps each for the 3 of us. We also liked the friendliness of the staffs. They are so accommodating. Will surely go back.

The payment method since they don’t accept online cash or bank transactions, only cash they accept. But it was manageable. They informed us ahead of booking about it thus we can prepare already upon arrival.

The accommodation exceed our expectation and the staff as well are all approachable and friendly. The location of the hotel is also easy to pin and is accessible to some establishments.

Hope they could have meals and other snacks in the hotel.
