Pros: -with drinking water in the hallway -we're able to check-in early -free luggage storage -free coffee/tea -toiletries: toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo, soap, towel. Note: bring adapter if the pin of your chargers are round.

Cons: -room needs better lighting since it's quite dark -weak to no water pressure specially in the early morning -shower head needs deep cleaning due to hard water stains -no disposable comb -no blanket, only the top sheet as a blanket -need to request a hair blower and flat iron, good thing there's an available unit when we asked.

The location is 2.5 kilometer away from UP Diliman, so if you have appointments or business at UP Diliman, you may opt to stay in this hotel. It's also conveniently located along Kalayaan so it's easy to find and accessible to cabs. There are restaurants, coffee shops nearby, you'll enjoy resto or coffee shop hopping too. The room is spacious, though not modern, but well-maintained and clean, smells clean too. The staffs are polite.

The breakfast starts at 7:00am, if it could be adjusted to earlier time, say 6:30am since most of the guests have to leave early to avoid traffic too.

Big room for the the 2 single beds which are actually 2 double beds about 1.2m each. Hot shower which took minutes for hot water to arrive. Plated Filipino breakfast with coffee & juice which can be requested to be brought to the room. Well done egg, white rice, and selection of tosino, chicken hotdogs, spanish sardines, or corned beef. There was a bangus choice but ran out

Blanket only a thin bedsheet cloth; Got cold at night and have to lower AC. No handtowels, only big towel for bathing Hot water took minutes to come out, waste of water for them and I have to wait. Only 2 open parking slots inside the gate, and 4 outside in their setback.

The listing accurately reflected the room quality. It was pretty good. The amenities work. Towel seems pretty clean. Wi-Fi quality was good. The triple room I got was much bigger in person that the photos might suggest. Staff are accommodating and available 24 hours. Breakfast is pretty okay. There's also a convenience store nearby.

There's no view outside the windows, but that's the only con I can think of. Make sure to bring your own slippers if you need that.

Staffs are very friendly and kind. The room was very large and with good fridge and large desk. The building and room look a bid old but they are very clean, no bug. There are many good coffee and restaurants nearby.

The AC is old and noisy. The lighting of the room is a bit too dim. The wifi was not very stable. Complete disconnection for hours happened three times during my two weeks of stay. There is no laundry and the nearby laundry shop was really slow at processing.

The room was really spacious and the beds were huge and comfortable, could easily fit 2 but they only allow 3 persons maximum with the extra bed provided. Even the extra bed was comfortable. Room location was good - we were at the back and not facing the main road so it was quiet. The hallways had lots of plants giving it a cool, relaxing atmosphere. Drinking water are also provided with water dispensers on the hallways. We also had a mini fridge on the room which was really useful.

The room was a bit dark especially at night as only the 4 corners had lights on. Rooms look a bit dated but still functional. There was a power outage on the first night of our stay and it took a while before the genset was used.

Very accessible. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. Very near hospitals and offices. Fast check-in and check-out. Very helpful and courteous staff.

The air vent in the bathroom looks like it hasnt been cleaned for some time. There are little worm-like things coming out of the wall in the bath esp when you spray them with water.

I will always return here. It’s a perfect hotel if you’re in Quezon City for business - very clean, efficient staff, informative and friendly. The room has all the necessities and great wifi. Comfy bed. Great value for money.

Nice, comfortable room in the heart of QC. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was good. Staff was friendly with a smile.

Only that the fridge wasn't plugged in when I arrived so it took time to get it cold.

It's pretty close to UP Diliman if thats where you plan to go. And if you have a car, they do have parking spaces, though they are pretty limited. You also have to take into account that you can't go straight here from UP, you have do a roundabout of sorts because of the one way streets.
