I like that there was a refrigerator, microwave, kettle and rice cooker with a complete set of utensils plates, bowl and glasses. It makes it very convenient. The beds were very comfortable

The water pressure of the shower was inconsistent so mid shower the water stops flowing and if you had turned the heater on, when the water stops and turns back on, the water gets really hot, but then slowly regulates back to the temperature you initially set it on. So instead of a relaxing shower, it becomes a nuisance.

It’s near to our wedding area, walking distance. 7/11 inside the building is a plus. There are a lot of restaurants around. Grab taxi and food is no problem. Very accessible to everything. Pool is also one of my highlights to enjoy and relax. Kitchen wares are also helpful.

The furnitures are a bit old. Especially for the sofa it’s like it will come off anytime.

It was close to the place we needed to be, and it was spacious and clean enough for the two of us. The swimming pool at the rooftop was also very nice, with a beautiful view of the city. The staff was nice and helpful.

The room was iverlooking a busy street and the sound isolation on the windows was almost non-existent, so it was quite noisy, but one can get used to it.

The staff are friendly and accommodating to guests. The pool is a great amenity if this hotel, and it's got everything you need in the room (e.g. toiletries), great location as it's near great restaurants as well as the university. It's also accessible to all kinds if transportation and a huge plus is the 7/11 convenient store on the ground floor.

I wish they have a safe for valuables, and noise proof to compensate for the thin walls/windows to reduce the noise from the streets but this is just a suggestion.

A nice self-catering place in Quezon City within a walking distance from Quezon Circle. The room is very spacious, though not very modern. But the kitchen area is just great - one has a fridge, a microwave, plates, mugs and cutlery (no knives!), even a rice-cooker at one's disposal. The bathroom is small but sufficient. The bed is big and comfy too. There is no restaurant at the hotel, but there is a 7-11 just outside the entrance and some restaurants within a walking distance too. The swimming pool on the roof is quite big and can be used till 10.00 pm

All was fine, but it felt a bit impersonal, as the personnel was hardly to be seen at the reception area. One also has to leave 2000 PHP deposit in cash on arrival

Hot shower is not functioning. I asked to make up my room on my 2nd night. They arranged the bed but it seems like they didn’t changed the beddings. The white stain on the bed from before they cleaned the room is still there after they cleaned the room. So I think, the towels are not changed also. I think they just fold and arranged it. There are many hairs on the floor on the night I checked in. There are still hairs on the floor after I asked them to make up the room. It needs sweeping and mopping, I wouldn’t mind if I sweep it myself but there is no broom and dust pan provided in the room.

The staff are friendly and accommodating, met our expectations. The room was clean and the bathroom well maintained with heated shower and strong water pressure. There is a 7Eleven shop and Eunilaine on site, and very close proximity to PureGold and also Trellis Restaurant, Kenny Rogers, Shakeys, Starbucks, plenty of options available. It is also a stone's throw away from Heart Centre. Overall, a nice and pleasant stay, home away from home.

The pool is currently being renovated, which is inconsistent with their advertised facilities on the booking.com website. Understandable for safety reasons, but a little annoying as we were expecting to relax poolside during our stay.

The location was fantastic, offering easy access to local attractions and restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

The property didn't accept card payments, which was quite inconvenient in today's cashless world. Further, the deposit fee of 2,000 PHP seemed rather high and not entirely reasonable, especially when it's not clearly explained why such a substantial deposit is necessary.

security deposit of ₱2,000 collected upon check-in which surprised the guest because it was not clearly stated in the booking conditions (didn’t see any). it was refunded during check out.

Photos look the same as in actual. Everything needed and mentioned on the website was there and available. Late checkout was allowed for an additional cost 500 and gave me an umbrella :) Safe parking with 7/11, office supplies, and mail post on the ground floor. It's only in front of the Red Cross building.

Cleanliness can be improved. The floor still has hair and dust. The water heater in the bathroom is hard to adjust. It gets too hot, boiling hot after a few minutes, and too cold.
