It is walking distance to many places to have a quick bite or sit down for a good meal, which is one of the reasons why I chose this location. My family and friends found it very convenient to come pick me up or choose the places to meet. The staff is courteous and accommodating, especially the guards. The rooms are kept clean. Laundry service is clean and fast, and the laundry detergent used smelled good. The price for 14 day occupancy was reasonable and met my budget.

The sink drainage was clogged on my first day, but after I reported it, it drained slowly. There was no closet. There was only a small area to hang clothes. Instructions for using/operating the tv and air-con must be provided. The addition of a chair in the room (folding) is convenient, so you don't sit on the bed to eat or write notes. No room phone/intercom to let front desk know if visitors have arrived.

I've always been their loyal customer since 2018 when I started my career as a digital nomad. Since I work from anywhere, I badly needed a strong internet connection from where I stay. I requested a room where the Wi-Fi is stronger compared to the other spots within the hotel and they gave it to me. Their staff are all polite and accommodating as always and they would normally remember customers who have been there before so they don't ask a lot of information prior to check in.

Since I got a very good rate, I understand that they would offer rooms that have little or minor defects - and I totally understand that it is part of cost-cutting measures. I really don't mind about the room as long as it's clean, has strong WiFi and the A/C is working fine. I got a room where the toilet flush is defective and I had to transfer to another room to continue working. Good thing that they have attendants that acted fast despite being few. I still recommend Red Planet Timog.

Free parking and a friendly and helpful parking staff, doormen, housekeeping and front desk. The parking staff went above and beyond and helped me when my car alarm went haywire, blocking other cars in valet and the car was immobilzed. 4 staff members pushed the car into a spot that had an incline which made it a bit of a challenge but all of them were happy to help while sweating.

No option for a room with a microwave and small refrigerator. The traffic was horrible at rush hour. This could be temporary though since there was construction at edsa and cars we're rerouted.

Property is located on the center of the city, within reach around convenience stores, restaurants and cafes.

Appliances were a bit old and some were not working properly such as the aircondition. We need to open the ceiling fan to have a good ventilation on the room. It's thermostat is at 12C but as to we experienced I think it is on a fan mode all throughout around 28C

Staff were exceptional. They let us check in early around 12:30 PM despite of 2:00 PM standard check in time. It was a good value for money, location was great. The only thing was lack of toiletries, my sister asked for spare toiletry kit and the reception said they have ran out. Towels were stained, there were yellow marks which was really dubious. We weren't very keen with their 3-in-1 shampoo, conditioner and body wash so we brought our own!

I booked this for a friend who is visiting from San Francisco. He was impressed given their rates, and that made me happy. Basic necessities were met. Accessible to places we needed to visit. Friendly and accommodating staff. Except for a small stain on the beddings, everything else was wonderful.

The staff were nice . Very reasonably priced. Location Is good too . Cheapest place I ever stayed And it didn’t suck . All the doormen’s here are absolutely amazing. The girl at front desk name Ricci is absolutely amazing.

I got into alternation with the manager because I was getting double charged, luckily I contacted the bank fast enough to stop the payment from going through. I had the same issue in past and I had to resolved it to booking.com . On the positive note she didn’t raise her voice on me unlike my previous stay at other place .

Room cleaning is fantastic. They even folded my phone cable for me and organized my toiletries. The security guard even helped us with our luggage all the way to our room. Amazing! Free water station on the first floor. Check out was fast.

The AC was too loud! So loud that I couldn’t sleep so I had to turn it off and only used the fan. The vent in the bathroom was also very loud.

Location wise, it was perfect, near to the mall, plenty of restaurants nearby and some entertainment. The staff is exceptional helpful and accommodating made my entire stay really good.

No Toiletries available in the room and the phone to reach the front desk is outside.

The room was clean and well ventilated; it was also well-kept. Location is good, too with establishments nearby. Check in was also easy, though we had to wait a little for their system to update and locate my booking.

As mentioned, we had to wait for around 30 mins to be checked in. Not sure if it's a system issue or a booking.com issue. There were also no free toothbrush / toothpaste when we stayed, they said they had ran out.
