After being unable to fly to El Nido we booked this hotel last minute and was not disappointed. Lovely, spacious, clean rooms. Buffet style breakfast was nice. Spa services were great as well. Loads of food options within walking distance as well.

The Luxent is the best hotel in Quezon City. Should be a 5 star. Cleanliness, staff, food ... every thing is exceptional.

Staff at the pool bar/restaurant needs to be more attentive when guests arrive. After sitting at a table, always waited 5 minutes or more to be recognized. Even had to call for the waiter a couple of times.

Surprisingly someone managed to open my room and reported to staff. They will investigate the incident as informed.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious! We had a great time enjoying the arcade and pool area. This is the perfect place to unplug from gadgets and spend quality time having fun with your family. Highly recommended!

I hope the television setup could be upgraded or include more movie channels. Since our stay was primarily a staycation and the pool and arcade are only open until 9 PM, our next activity was movie night. However, the television was not Netflix-ready, and the cable channel selection was very limited. Limited options for entertainment.

The property is close to my Dad's office so it was very convenient although knowing Quezon City being cramped and congested. I still like the location of the hotel it feels safe around the area. The hotel itself is very nice and the front guest staff were very helpful and friendly specially if we have like silly requests. Everyone was beyond of their expected duties. It was a very pleasant stay. It was also my first time staying around Quezon City.

The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the food in the hotel. We did not enjoy the breakfast buffet at all. It feels like it lacks the passion and care. I myself is a chef by profession so it was kind of lacking.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning and water heater worked properly. The bed was very comfortable. I especially liked the rain-type shower. Internet speed was modest and consistent which allowed me to get some work done and attend online meetings.

Breakfast buffet service could be improved. Water should be filled as soon as a guest sits down and it should be refilled without being asked. It was also unfortunate that there was an ongoing construction at the ground floor of the hotel so there was hammering and drilling noises in the afternoon.

The location is okay plus you get your money’s worth.

I don’t get why they won’t allow outside therapists anymore. Have stayed here multiple times since 2017 and outside therapists are welcome. I was surprised that the management no longer allows it. They should consider guests who are not comfortable with other therapists. I totally get the security concern but the security guards and the reception staff can always check the belongings and identity of the therapist before letting them in and before leaving.

Good bed and spacious, clean bathroom. Ample space in the room to relax.

The selection at breakfast buffet was very ordinary and not unique. The reception people were not giving attention to my Filipina partner and she felt discriminated against. The receptionist did not even glance at her for any questions about our stay. The focus was only on me as the payer of the room.

This hotel was a great bargain with friendly staff, good breakfast buffet, clean room and comfortable beds. We had a great stay here and will happily come back to the luxent if we are in the area again.

The Luxent hotel is situated virtually right on a busy street. Its not a beautiful location and they do not have much room outside the lobby for parking and getting into and out of vehicles. It can be a bit crowded at times but not a major problem in any way as long as you are prepared for it. Breakfast area could be a little cold if you sat in a seat getting the full blast from the AC. This wasn't a problem as there were always lots of options on where to sit.

The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. The breakfast buffet was good. The beds were comfy. The rooms were very tidy and clean. The gym was okay. The rooftop bar and pool were really nice. Excellent views of the local area from the rooftop. The location was okay.

The wifi was very spotty and didn't work well. The gym wasn't very well equipped, but was okay. The location of the hotel was decent, but not in a very nice area.
