The location was very good. The restaurant was very good. The service desk it was very attentive.

The air conditioning was not as powerful as I would hope. Minor cosmetic issues.

Nice size clean room.

I kept getting email from the hotel (at least 8 on my last count) instructing me to re-confirm on my already confirmed and paid booking with a threat that if I don't re-confirm and resubmit my credit card again, then the Hotel can release my booked room to another. I ignored the threats as i already had my confirmation booking and paid for it. The shower had no hot water in the morning and only had a lukewarm water the rest of the day. Shower water was running all over the comfort room area. Tiles from the CR was broken and retaining water.

I seem to be a safe place to stay.

The place was very old, had 1970s feel to it and its decor . Made a huge mistake in choosing this place. My wife is a Filipino, and her sister, who stayed, ther complained about having issues with the tv not working, and a horrible wifi signal had no restaurant to have breakfast and enjoy. The place over all seemed dead, no activity of people around . My wife and her sister mostly eat food from 7/11 next door and use Grab. When hungry, late restaurants' room service is closed. Only stayed there as a second choice other hotel booked, and it was because nearby was her appointment for seminar for CFO for exit visa of country. I, as an American, was disappointed in choosing a place for my wife to stay for 2 nights. Thank goodness it wasn't longer.

Location is close to everything you will need.

Everything came with a cost; extra pillows, no vanity kits, no body wash, etc. No breakfast for this hotel, for the price paid. No windows for the Standard Room, only informed when I arrived.

Internet connection is very and Television is very old. Will be great if this service would be upgraded.

We reach a bit earlier at the hotel and we decided to.check In.early but the problem is at the front desk didn't informed.us that since April 17 there's a problem on a wifi and the staff she gave us a qr code but it doesn't work as well. Shower has a problem too. There's a television but we can't watch any movie
