I appreciate how approachable the staff, including the security guard, are. They create a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are well-maintained and consistently clean, and I like how promptly the cleaning is done upon request.

However, I noticed a few areas for improvement. There were no kettles in the rooms, which is inconvenient, especially when traveling with babies who need boiled water for milk. If it’s not feasible to provide kettles in every room, offering them upon request would be a good solution. Additionally, responses via WhatsApp or Viber are not immediate, which can be frustrating. I hope this can be addressed to improve the overall guest experience.

The hotel location walking distance to restaurants,coffee shops, close to malls too. Hotel is clean, comfortable and the staffs were exceptional. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I would like to commend Keane from the reception area he helped us checked in process and also when we request to change our room. All the staffs from security at the entrance door, reception staffs, housekeepmg and all other members of Hop Inn Tomas Morato everyone was friendly and very professional. We will be definitely staying again and would recommend to our family and friends.

This hotel is exceptional! It exceeded our expectations. I stayed here twice during my vacation and I can guarantee that of all the hotels we stayed in Tomas Morato, this is the best. The hotel has a very good location, the rooms are very clean and the cost is super affordable! I could have stayed here for the whole month if I new how good this hotel is. I will definitely stay in this hotel on our next vacation. All the staff are friendly and responsive to all viber chats/messages. In my second stay in this hotel, they gave us a double room which is so much bigger than the first room we had. I will keep it in record and will request that room next time :-)

Super clean. The front desk staff provides fantastic customer service and very accommodating about customer requests. Lost and found service was superb (my friend forgot his laptop at the lobby), you can rest assured your lost stuff will be back safe and complete! Free water refilling station, both cold and hot water available. Good view outside the window. Wifi is stable and fast.

No hand wash beside the tap so had to go to the shower area to get the body soap to wash hands, a bit inconvenient but not a big problem.

"It feels like a true home away from home. If I ever have the chance to return, I wouldn't hesitate to stay in the same room again. The panoramic view of the entire city, especially at night, is simply breathtaking. The professionalism of the staff is outstanding, their warm smiles make you feel instantly welcome, and the security guard on duty is exceptionally sharp. When I requested a room with a view of the city, the staff complied immediately. Everything you would want or need is within walking distance from the hotel.

A balcony would have been nice, but other than that, it was perfect.

Second time booking in this hotel so yes I like everything... Comfy Bed, Cool Aircon, Well lit room, TV w/ Cignal, Easy Safe Box, Easy access from point A to B. Compared to the other hotel at this price point, this is by far the best hotel with a huge and usable comfort room and it matters to me the most. They dont just offer 2 bottles of water, but they offer water dispenser with hot and cold. All you need is a large bottle for refill. A huge plus point btw! I also like the location of the hotel being in front of grocery "the marketplace" and a 711 at the ground floor. Perfect place to unwind for a longer period of time. Btw, a lot of good cafes and restaurant are located near the hotel. You wont find yourself starving but spending a lot...lol

There is no refrigerator provided for your foods such as cakes, milk or any easy to spoil foods and drinks. You have to bring cooler with ice. And there is no cabinet, must have been removed leaving a huge space beside the bed. Maybe they can replace it with a rack of multiple layers.
