The hotel location is superb. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. The room was spacious. I appreciate that they have a massage service from 5 pm to 2 am.

There was this one staff when I paid for the room 1 day before my check-in. I was told that there was a 55 peso fee per luggage when I will leave it prior to check-in. I was stunned because it was the first time I encountered a payment for leaving our bags. When I got there early morning of our check-in, there wasn't a fee at all. I hope they get to reprimand or reorient that staff who told me about the luggage fee. She didn't even ask other staffs to confirm about it. Thanks

Location is around the area where you can take a time - off in the busy Metro, the reception ambiance is very pleasing. Love how it was built for two individuals with separate bath and restroom. Unlimited water near elevator is provided like other Go Hotel branch I previously visited.

Toiletries are not complete, only tissues, towel, and built-in handwash and 3n1 shampoo, conditioner and soap. No slippers and other basics like disposable toothbrush and toothpaste, you should be ready to bring yours.

The Go Hotel franchise here in the Philippines is a good and reliable hotel where you know you get your money's worth. I've availed their service and accommodation in Quezon city and in Davao and in all of my visits, Go Hotel has served me very well. This is a fine establishment for travelers and for those looking for a quick break from their home.

The parking area. There is a cluster of restaurant near the hotel and every night during dinner time, it gets hectic in the parking area. The open parking space can also be a bother during rainy seasons.

The room and bed were great! It was spacious than expected and the bed was very comfortable. It's got good cable channels if you want to just stay in the room. The night life in Timog and convenience stores were all very close, you can either walk or ride a Jeepney as well. The staffs were courteous!

Unfortunately, the room was recently used for massage room service because the scent of the oil was very noticeable. There was no foot mat provided so we improvised one using a paper bag from the convenience store.

The space of the room is okay. The lighting and coolness were superb. I am happy that there is free drinking water assigned to each floor. No need to buy outside. Also, having a Holy Bible inside the room is excellent. I love it. Thank you.

Actually, not that I don't like it, but this was just a suggestion. I would like to suggest that you can add some freshener to each room and CR. I just notice a few molds inside the shower room. Maybe you can use some cleaning hacks like vinegar and baking soda that you can to your cleaning materials for a shiny and good smell that stays for a longer period.

the location convinced

All good..but the security of the place,,, we have a situation like our 2nd to the last stay in the hotel we are worried someone follow us in the elevator and we thought it’s the same floor but he didn’t push his floor level and we are scared after that we wait until we he leave coz we are looking at him and he go in elevator and pick another floor, we inform the front desk regarding what happened . That was a little bit odd and scary somehow for the guy. That’s why we go even we still have 1 night remaining.

The location is great, the hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff's are very nice.

The parking. The guest should be allowed to park their cars on the duration of their stay. If your car stays overnight, they will charge you extra.

The location and the staff, they are courteous.

I have been staying there everytime i went to the city, however in my recent stay, i had an uninvited visitor in my room, a small cockroach roaming around.. I hope in my next visit i wont experience the same.

Cheap price, convenient, comfy bed, really nice staff

Kinda small bathroom and toilets, one room smelled like dead lizard, so i requested to change room, no rags outside the bathroom, only one staff so it was taking long for checkout.

Central location.

No hot drinking water facility (means also no cups), no water dispenser ( means you need spent extra to buy bottled drinking waters daily), and also no in-room food policy ( means you can only dine in the designated common area or risk being fined) are all a big turn off. Every time I need a cup of hot coffee or snack, I need to walk out, hence making it more of a dormitory hostel style than a hotel proper. I find it very inconvenient.
