The staff in the reception are good and considerate

Yong hot water di masyadong gumagana parang on and off cya.. I stayed 3 days unfortunately the last day is a bad one no hot shower and Yong housekeeping di man lang kusa nag refill ng mga wla na sa room and di man lang nag double check cla before they turn over the room. But it's okay naman at least they have a room to change.. One more thing, I ask an OR before they turn over my room but unfortunately di nila na bigay kasi after nlng daw check out until na limutan na tuloy at di na na recall.

Room was comfortable and clean. Some staff members were very pleasant and helpful like the bellboys.

Experienced a problem having my PWD card applied. At first the front desk lady did not want to acknowledge it. She only accepted my card after I explained to her the legal consequences. I also had a problem with parking as the security guard allowed a car to park behind mine; blocking my way and making me wait for a substantial amount of time before it was moved.

The rooms were spotless, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety. The hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants, making everything easily accessible. Best of all, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and respectful—truly made the stay feel welcoming. Value for money and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a safe area for Manila. This was also confirmed to me by drivers and other guests. Opposite there is a small grocery store for daily needs. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. There is a kettle and instant coffee in the room. A water dispenser is available in the hallway. It was a very nice stay.

In my opinion, the cupboards are a bit old. For a longer stay with two people, the storage space is a bit limited. But the overall impression of the hotel and especially the staff makes up for it all ☺️

The room was nice and spacious, the view was awesome, the WiFi was great, the A/C worked well. All in all a very good room. The neighborhood also seemed nice, there is a 7 Eleven and a bunch of restaurants nearby.

There was quite a bit of noise from the hallway. The staff used walkie-talkies to communicate which was rather loud. The bathroom had see-through doors which created some interesting experiences. The drain in the shower was almost clogged, so there was a lot of water on the floor. It wasn't possible for us to have a late check-out due to hotel policies, so we needed to book another night in order to stay.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great value for money. Comfy beds, great that they had distilled water outside our rooms plus boiling water through the dispenser too (big bonus since we travelled with our 8 month old). Max's, 7/11 and other places nearby (literally 30 seconds away) - great as we were super hungry when we landed.

On a one night stay over. Access is easy. Staff are friendly. Room was comfortable and view was excellent (my baby daughter spent ages looking down on the city watch the world go by). Beds were very comfortable. Parking was free and easy to get from parking to room via lifts. Security very good. It was New Years Eve and views of fireworks ftom the room and roof area very memorable. Small pool are on roof was nice.

Only negative points were. The TV had a banner going accross it which IT and maintenence couldn't fix making watching TV very annoying. There was no food options in hotel which I thought was very bad force hotel in peak season and new year.

Overall the hotel was clean. It was also well-maintained. My family enjoyed our stay in Privato. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The staff was very friendly! The hotel is situated near so many restaurants, so there's a lot to choose from in terms of meal options! The room was clean, and the beds were very comfy.

The Smart TV's Youtube and mirror screening were very slow, even after asking one of the staff to reset the internet for the room (which is built into the TV). The breakfasts were just okay.

The staff are genuinely helpful and nice! The hotel is super cozy including the lobby. It’s very convenient. Being able to reserve a slot when the pool’s all yours is incredible!

They probably should do something to fix the key card system cuz our key card went invalid twice during our stay.
