The staff were all amazing and very welcoming. The breakfast was very good. Tried dinner twice and it was excellent. They cooked the best salmon sinigang. Rooms were comfortable except the bright green light in the ceiling that stays on all night.

It is abit far from Makati and the airport. The bright green light in the ceiling that stays on all night which disturbed my sleep but i know it needs to be on always. Also room cleaning staff cleaned the room but forgot to put towels or coffee and tea in. But that was dealt with by the staff.

The staff are very very very good! And so friendly! JM and RJC greeted us every morning with their smile, making us happy to face the reality. The place is so cosy and very homey. I'd love to live there for a long time! It's better than my apartment. Making me doesn't want to come back home anymore. 24H fitness centre is also very useful. I wish the pool, the restaurant and the cafe also 24H.

The Wi-Fi is soooooooooooooooo bad!!!! The first day it stopped. The second day was so painful slow, the third day, nothing changed at all. So sad and kinda angry, because I came here for business, internet is a crucial part. Hope they change the internet provider. What a lame internet provider. And it's not only me who said the same too. Other customers have the same problem. While the place is good, the location is kinda bad. There's only 7-11 nearby and other than that nothing. The nearby mall needs like 30 minutes by grab because of the traffic. The street is so dark too. I wish there's some changes in the future.

Staff were pretty nice and the place was clean.

There are only 2 elevators for 26 floors. We stayed during the holidays and there were 2 weddings & one debut, so elevator wait times hit 15 minutes! Also, a one-hour check in. Only two staff at the reception desk. Check in was at 2pm. We arrived at 3pm, waited one hr. to get to the front desk and then the poor guy had to deal with multiple problems while he was assisting me check in (the room was not available till 5pm)—a foreigner screaming at some kids (no security staff to handle?) & another woman who had also been waiting a long time. Then another guest about a parking issue all while he was trying to get me checked in. A bit disorganized.

- Very nice place. Clean, modern and well equipped. - Staff are so friendly here! - Breakfast staff were attentive. If you had to wait a few mins for food, they'll bring it over to your table. - Stayed here for 3 nights (other booking was through Amex). We didn't want the room to be cleaned, only wanted face tissues but the housekeeping team cleaned the room anyway!

- Only 2 lifts. Takes long during morning/breakfast hour. You gotta wait 5+ mins for the elevator. - Breakfast area is quite small. - The breakfast tocino one day was a bit pink-ish (it was cooked) but maybe they were just in a rush to get the food out.

The staff were excellent and the hotel facilities (room, pool, gym) and breakfast were very good. Breakfast was also very nice.

The wifi was absolutely terrible, even after support from the staff it was very difficult (at times impossible) to work. The tv was also not functioning well, it was difficult to find working channels and you cannot connect Netflix etc (and because the Internet connection was so bad you could not even screen cast). There was also a very bright green light on the alarm which Iights up the room in the dark and was not great for sleeping.

The hotel is meticulously maintained, from the pillows to the decorations. The environment is very clean, and the staff is incredibly kind. A special mention goes to Angel, who was always helpful and available. Thank you! The rooms are truly beautiful, with every attention to detail. The bed is soft, and the pillows are comfortable. Breakfast is abundant, featuring local dishes, so it’s not entirely international. The dessert buffet offers a great variety. This is a hotel I will gladly return to at the end of the month, and if I pass through Manila again, I already know where I will stay.

We liked how clean and modern the room furnishings are. The location is so-so, especially during NYE when there were many motorcycles revving their engines and the noise could be heard several leves up the hotel (poor noise regulation of windows and walls?). Food is limited, which is good because it did not overwhelm us.

Staff need a lot of training. I made a 5k deposit, but whenever I ordered from the restaurant, I always got asked if I made a deposit. They even refused to charge the dinner we ordered on Dec 31 to room service stating I did not have deposit. I showed them my receipt. The lady who informed me I did not have a deposit never even showed up to speak to me anymore. Then today, during breakfast, someone cleared our table while we were still eating. Granted my brother and I stood to get more food, but we were surprised somebody cleared it out when there were clearly food items on the plates. It also took a long while for them to provide new utensils. The above did not give us a good experience. We like Citadines as a brand, but we are likely not to return because of the service.

The facility was up to date and eco-friendly. The staff were very friendly and accommodating whenever I needed anything. It was a comfortable stay in a lovely room with a great view, a breakfast buffet available every morning. The coffee was amazing.

As a foreigner coming to visit from another country, we are used to commodities like toilet paper to be available without having to ask ir to worry about running out. There was never any backup in the cabinet. Wash cloths are also not available.

The facilities, amenities, and the room's space are even better than some 5-star hotels in Metro Manila. The soundproofing of the rooms is great too- I slept well despite being a light sleeper. Their staff are competent and friendly too. Perfect for celeb-staycations! I enjoyed the breakfast too although it can be repetitive for guests staying longer than 2 nights.

My dad says the beddings are below average in their comfort, calling it a little rough. He stayed in their 1-bedroom, while I stayed in a twin room and had no issues like that.
