Unfortunately, I was unable to attend breakfast due to health reasons. When extending my stay, I requested to book a room without breakfast for the following day and have the breakfast from my original booking provided as a gesture of goodwill. This request was declined. While this is perfectly within policy and understandable, I would have appreciated a more accommodating approach. The room is marketed as a suite with a size that is not accurate. In international terms, a suite typically includes a separate living room and bedroom, which was not the case here. It is more accurately described as a Junior Suite. The photos on Booking.com, however, are accurate and reflect the actual layout. Overall, some improvements in flexibility and clarity would enhance the experience.

My experience at this hotel is superb! The customer service is really great. I was even given a pleasant surprise when we were given a free room upgrade. The place has a good location, very near restaurants, bars, convenience stores and a supermarket. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The interiors were lovely and pleasing. I was also very satisfied with the amenities. I especially loved the huge smart tv in the room which had several viewing options. Unfortunately, the resto at the hotel was not yet operational but there are many other places to eat around. There was also a swimming pool at the top floor which had a nice view of the city.

It's not that I didn't like anything about our stay but I do have some suggestions. I suggest having a rubber mat near the bathtub since this could prevent slips. There was also no floor mat in the bathroom when we checked in. Maybe it was overlooked because we were given one after we asked for it. There seemed to be no hairdryer which is very surprising to me given that the amenities of the room are more than expected such as having a microwave. And final thing is, the mini ref was not really cold.

The location is very convenient there are a lot of stores outside. The food for breakfast was quite good there are a lot of varities. The BBQ buffet was quite good but not that much variety but overall is a perfect place to stay to unwind and bond with your friends or family. The pool area is very beautiful with a great scenery from the outside. The staff there is very accommodating.

Well, since I think this hotel just got opened in the QC area, there are some area such as room, lobby etc. that are still in progress otherwise still can accommodate your needs and requests.

Room was very clean. Like how the staff were very helpful and courteous from the security to lobby staff.

What I didn't like is the beddings. I suggest to improve the looks of the beddings from pillow cases to sheets and duvet. It seems that it was used by others and recycled only.

The hotel is accessible to a nearby mall and fast food chains.The lobby smelled so good.The staff is courteous and helpful.I was able to borrow steam iron for free.I was able to sleep for four nights with a newly made bed (that's upon request).

The hot shower was not hot just mildly warm.Bidet not working.

I like that the rate is affordable for foreign travellers and it's just about right. Clean. Right across, there is a Burger King and Panda Express (under construction)

It does not have any microwave in the room and the size is quite small

The parking is just enough for the vehicle so be careful. Also, the swimming pool would be better if the water is heated

The ambiance and the location, its very accessible.

The view facing Timog Ave was good. I like the small space downstairs with coffee where I could work.
