Based on the purpose of our trip, the location was ideal.

That we have to request a kettle from the reception, so as the dustpan and a broom. We weren’t able to use the WIFI on the TV. it was too much of a hassle when you need to login to their network everyday. We have to use our own internet and our own Netflix account. Our room was far off the floor. The toilet was leaking on every flush. The sink’s water hole can’t be closed so little insects like moths and roaches crawls so we always have to make sure our food was sealed at all times. When i booked this hotel, amenities included a ref - there was none. It may not be the hotel’s fault but booking.com - dont advertise it if there is really none. Or at least communicate with the facility the amenities you have included. We extended our stay and an offer to move to a different room was not made.

We had a fun time staying here. It was a clean room and comfortable. The staff were swift in replying to our inquiries and needs. The food is also delicious and had large servings. It's open 24/7 and secure with the security guard on watch both at night and day. The size of the room was big and very spacious for a family.

The place has a good location, very affordable and has restaurant inside.

When we enter in the toilet, it was all wet, and the mirror looks like never cleaned. The other side of the bed is also almost broken, there was a hole and the spring was not functioning well. My partner who slept in that area didn’t sleep well.

Sa sobrang comfy and conveniently located, I am even thinking of booking here for long stay. As in , they provide everything that is much needed in a room. we have 3 different reservations and they did make up room daily. you can also request na daily din ang palit ng linens. unlike sa ibang hotel na pag ilang araw ka nag stay, usually may interval yung change ng linens

recommended for those looking for a place stay. The staff are exceptionally accommodating and nice. They even have a restaurant that serves and tastes like home cooked meals and yet very affordable.

I like the location and room size. Food is affordable and the free parking. Our stay is comfortable for the price we paid.

The room was not cleaned on our 2 days stay anr the comfort room has drainage problem but tolerable.

We rented 4 rooms and most of them are spacious. They even come with microwave, tv, and small fridge.

One room have the aircon right by the bed. We didn't like it as much because of the uncomfortable place it was in.

The location is nice.

I booked a super deluxe. the check in time is 2PM but we arrived at around 8am so we paid another 500 for early check in. but upon arriving to the room, it’s just an standard room. also you can feel the spring of the bed on the sides which is a bit painful.

Location and staff were great, no doubt about that. Super accommodating and the location is just a few mins away Araneta, accessible to deliveries and grab car.

It's location is very accessible. Price is also just right for our budget. Comfy place

The stairs but it is also a good exercise for us. Not advisable for kids and old people if rooms assigned will be other than geound floor
