Ms Cha is very accommodating. When I requested not to be transferred to another room since I am extending my stay, she just waited if there are other guests coming in. Once she confirmed it, she advised me ASAP that I do not need to transfer. Nice location since it's near grocery, food establishments, can be walking distance. They also have parking area though limited. Parker is also kind and helpful. Wifi is also fast, which I need most since I have to work.

The room is big compared to other places we stayed in. We only walk to the MRT station and is also close to other malls/stores. There's a fridge and it's working. Telephones are also working for room services. There's a printer in the lobby, just not sure if we could use it. There's a café for coffee lovers too. There's also a big mirror and hangers are provided in the closet. It was really good, overall.

The towel doesn't smell nice. Also, I see no elevator.

I like the room, the space was totally for couple. There's a TV but We didn't bother to try it on .😊 It has a small cabinet , a table and a chair . Also the Aircon was not loud. all in all the room's ambiance was really comforting . IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO STAY I'LL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS. The place is just near the market and also the neighborhood was peaceful. The Guards were so nice they'll open the door for you . 😊

It's just the bathroom the toilet bowl has yellow and brown stain on it .

I like the location because it's walking distance to the bus stations and the mall. Near to food places. Been here a couple of times, and so far my experience has been safe.

For the price, none that was beyond my expectation. I wasn't expecting 5-star of course, but it was good enough.

Been here multiple times, and as always it was good value for money. Worth recommending if you're looking for a budget friendly hotel that is clean and safe. Best location for me as it's walking distance to Genesis Bus station. Very easy to get a cab as well. Close to LRT 2, and other transport means. Polite staff. Very comfy bed.

Wish there are more tv channels tho. hehe.

Location and clean

Staff is always asking for additional fee... No consideration even just a very few mins.. Excess... There's payment and almost nothing visible stain in the bed... You have to pay 200 pesos or more.. Without any consideration though I've been a regular client.

Nothing really to mention only a slightly blocked en-suite sink which was resolved immediately

I like the room. It was clean and comfortable. Aircon was working, water heater, and tv. We requested for hangers, and they provided us. Thank you so much ❤ The location is very convenient.

The facilities is good, there has cafe, spa and good room. The staff is friendly.

There has a wifi but it didnt reach in the room. But when I go outside in my room, the wifi is fast. But except for this, the overall is good.

-The services is good. -Staffs are very accommodating, -the hotel is near the bus station, walking distance to LRT MRT station.

-When we came in the room there's no signature smell like the other hotel. -For me the towels is no longer pleasant to use.
