Staffs were very accommodating and responsive to our needs. They are polite and respectful. Room was comfy with a quiet adjustable AC temperature and hot shower.

A squealing sound made by a chair from neighbors when they pulled or pushed the chair from/towards the desk. It's very annoying because it disrupted my sleep often by this noise. I would suggest to put rug underneath the desk area or adhesive anti-noise under the chair feet that way whenever they move the chair won't make noise.

My husband and I went there for a concert at the Araneta Coliseum. The location is prime, just a few steps away from Araneta City, so there are many shops to dine at. Since this Red Planet branch is next to the highway, it was kind of noisy and jam-packed throughout the day, and you could hear jeepneys sometimes, even inside the room. I have nothing against the hotel, though. This Red Planet branch had one of the cleanest rooms ever, too. The sheets and toilet were clean, and the space was a bit larger than other RP branches. Overall, you get a bang for your buck.

The front desk staff weren't friendly at all. I understand that we couldn't check in since we arrived around 9 AM. Still, I only asked if it was possible since other RP branches accommodated such requests, especially if rooms were already available. The tone was a bit snarky, and the front desk staff appeared baffled at me for even asking such a question. Anyway, it wasn't a big deal. I still liked the hotel and would patronize them for sure.

The room was clean and had decent space. The bed was comfy, and the room temperature could be adjusted easily. The shower water pressure and temperature adjustment were good. The bathroom was very decent. The staff was accommodating. Check-in time was flexible! The key card also serves as an added security because it is needed to get to your floor number automatically by simply tapping it below the elevator floor selection buttons.

- No intercom in the room. You need to go to the elevator area and access the intercom (but overall, it's easy to use and the reception staff attended to the call very promptly. - Slippers (with the oral hygiene kit--toothbrush/paste) are for a FEE (so please check the room rate and inclusions).

I admit that I was skeptical about booking a budget hotel iin Metro Manila, as to what I would encounter there. I was pleasantly surprised. Room was,adequate size, comfy mattress. Had fridge and safe. Bathroom was nice size, had instant hot water! Huge TV. Air conditioning was excellent!Everything spotless and good condition. Elevator was so quiet and smooth, didn't even notice it moving! I like security feature that you use key card to start elevator and it only goes to your floor. For budget hotel everything was nicely done, in simple, efficient and convenient way. I am joining Re Planet's RED club because I was so impressed with my stay.

Pillows were a bit thin. Only two bath towels provided, had to use them as double-duty. Glass bathroom door was a bit off-putting. Lame attempt at being artsy? Fairly minor things but I feel need to be shared. Actually, it's very good property for a budget hotel. I highly recommend if one is looking to stay in Cubao or close by.

I just came back from abroad and needed a place to stay. My stay here was super comfortable, and the location was superb! near Gateway Mall and transportations. I even extended my stay for another night because I was so pleased with the location and cleanliness. The staff were nice, but the person who assisted me with my extension was not welcoming. Her displeasure was evident on her face.

No toiletries, no bottled water (but there’s a water dispenser in ground floor) No slippers (you need to pay extra for it) No free coffee or tea You have to buy everything or bring it yourself. Luckily, there are convenience stores nearby. Given the lack of these basic items, the room feels a bit pricey.

Very clean rooms with comfy beds and linens. Equipped with water heater, combination safe, split type air conditioning that is quiet and strong. Close to Gateway 2 mall with plenty of choices for restaurants and shopping. Free parking is also available. Facility-wise, this one is newer and better than the one in Shaw Ortigas.

No free toothbrush. The building is near sleazy cinemas and night clubs. The front desk staff are less accommodating and could benefit from personality upgrade or maybe some training from the more refined and pleasing front desk staff at Shaw ortigas. Security personnel were polite, though.

This is my second time booking into this place whenever Im on a 3days monitoring activity. I keep coming back to this hotel because of it's Coolness and Cleanliness of the room and comfort room as well. Soft, clean mattresses and pillows. A simple lobby where you can work using your lappy, very accomodating front desk officer and other staff. Good internet connection, and the location of the Hotel itself.

No slippers inside the room.

The staff is very professional and really friendly. Thank you to everyone for their service, availability, smile (the security guards, the receptionists & housekeeping). Thanks to Miss Maki for her help and understanding during our stay. We stayed 7 nights in the 520 with a view of the city and the sunrise. The room is as in the photos. The bedding is comfortable. Room soundproofed from outside noise & neighbors. Suitcase storage provided under the beds, very practical. Very hot shower, and top-notch ventilation & airco system. TV with local and international channels. Small practical fridge, and possibility of having meals delivered via Grab. A water dispenser at reception, a kettle in the room. The room is cleaned by request (cleaning, toilet paper). Very good wifi connection. The surroundings are lively which allows you to stay there for a while. There is a map in the room of all the interesting spots, it's well thought out. You are 6 minutes walk from the Gateway shopping center. For a last minute snack, there is an Uncle John's & 7-Eleven next door. A pharmacy and supermarket opposite.

Nothing. We appreciated everything, the service and friendliness of the staff, the location of the hotel and its comfort. We will come back! :)

friendliness of the staff. I requested for a late checkout because I had an online class that would end at 1pm. parking was available and again the parking staff were awesome

The location is quite seedy. but just stay away from side streets where bars were located. The cleaning crew need to be reminded that there are people sleeping behind closed doors. my room was across their supply closet and I could hear their conversations.

The location is good. Convenience store is just right next to the hotel in case you need water or something to eat as snacks. Hot and cold shower is working. Door closes immediately (as opposed to previous comment, which they might already have already fixed for safety purposes

It was a good experience overall except that there is no phone inside the room that you can use to call the front desk in case of emergency. It can only be accessed near the elevator. There are visible cctvs installed though inside and outside of the elevator. Comforter looks like not washed properly but wala na mang smell. They could have made it extra clean sana.
