The proximity to the concert venue really makes it an ideal hotel to stay at. Amenities were complete and staff were very accommodating. This wasn't my first time staying here and I look forward to staying again for any upcoming concerts.

The turnaround time during check-in was slower than expected. Since I did online check-in I had expected that the process would be faster. However, I ended up waiting up to an hour in line. I understand that it was a holiday so there were more guests to attend to but it felt like the processing time per guest averaged around 15-20mins or even longer for some.

This hotel is big!, we were on the 21st floor. The most important faciility for us was the service given by the nurses on duty.My wife picked up a foot injury which required new dressings twice daily. Excellent nurses , provided by the hotel, came to our room to help us. The hotel is in a perfect location, just 500 pesos by grab taxi from the airport. We were there for our final 3 nights of a brilliant 30 days touring the Philippines. It's a trip we will always cherish. The standard of hotels, value, levels of service, friendliness, epitomised by the novotel, has been top class. Thank you. Tony and Monica Moore.

We stayed at Novotel Manila Araneta City last year, and I’m happy to say that they have once again exceeded our expectations! This year’s experience was just as delightful, if not better. One highlight of our stay was discovering the complimentary use of the Kids’ Club, which we didn’t avail last year simply because we weren’t aware of it. The kids had such a great time there—it was the perfect addition to our family staycation! I personally loved using the In Balance Gym. It’s well-equipped and made staying active during our stay easy and enjoyable. Another thoughtful touch I truly appreciated was their refillable soap and shampoo containers in the bathroom. It's convenient knowing you’ll never run out during your stay—such a small but impactful detail! The staff were consistently pleasant and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free check-in process. Everyone made us feel welcome and cared for, which really added to the overall experience. With how much fun our family had, we’re already planning another staycation here next year! Thank you, Novotel, for making our visit so memorable ❤️

We stayed on the 8th floor. The room view was Farmers Market Araneta; it was not noisy and gave us an idea of the crowd and traffic in the area. Breakfast was included and the variety was vast and delicious! (They had gelato and sorbet--for breakfast!) Parking was included. From arrival till departure, the hotel staff was always attentive especially when I was asking for directions. The doorman guided us when we wanted a midnight snack by pointing us to eateries open 24hrs a day across the street. Parking was included, a lot of vacant spots (during our stay), and easily accessible from the lobby. We did not take advantage of the pool area. We are looking forward to our next visit.

My partner and I had a wonderful overnight stay at Novotel Araneta! The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide selection of delicious options. I also appreciated their commitment to sustainability, which is a big plus. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Cubao, offering plenty to explore at the Araneta Coliseum, including malls, shows, and restaurants. The standout feature, however, was the staff—they were truly exceptional!

This is just a minor point, but I had expected the pool to be heated, as I had read several reviews suggesting it would be. Perhaps I misunderstood!

nothing much. enjoyed my stay, i guess i didnt like the tv. im not sure if people still a fan of cable nowadays. would have love to have an option for netflix. its not necessary free but for us to log in or use our personal acct. that would be great even cable channels are limited and reception is not that good either.

Stayed for two nights and we had a great stay. It is marked as a four star hotel but we had a five star experience. Especially the breakfast. The sumptous breakfast buffet is 5 star tier. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We really enjoyed the wide selection and good food. And my 14 year old nephew gets to eat for free. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. Our check in and check out went smoothly. The location is really good since it is near malls, shops and restaurants.

The bathroom with glass + blinds. Silhouettes are still seen from the outside. The place was tidy overall but there are some spots that could use a little bit more cleaning. Since hotel is pet friendly they should take extra measures to prevent their facilities, especially the elevators, from smelling unpleasant.

I like everything about the room and location and I will most likely book a room in your facility again when God permits my mother and I go to the Philippines again. It would be a perfect stay if the price is not as pricy.

The see thru restroom is the only thing that bothers me that without the blinds, other people can see you while you are in the toilet or showering. Even though there is an automatic blinds, your silhouette can still be seen outside, that is why I turn off the lights when I am in the restroom doing my private business. The see thru glass/automatic blinds restroom is appropriate if you are travelling with your spouse but with other members of the family, uncomfortable using it.

Great room and facilities in general. Good buffet options for both dinner and breakfast. Great, top notch service provided by very nice staff who are always welcoming and willing to assist with anything you might need.

There was a cockroach crawling right next to the bread during breakfast, I told an employee and he didn't seem fazed by it at all (I understand cockroaches are quite normal but not great to have next to your food during breakfast), then took so long to act that when he came back the cockroach had already moved to a different location and was not found...
