I like the location it’is very accessible to everything . The place is great the rooms are ok, the food are good , the staff are approachable

The shower is not working well . It’s freezing when taking a shower . Iam hoping that water will be much warmer / but aside from that all is good

Staff was nice and courtious. They were the best part of my stay. They gave me plenty of privacy and they will be there for you when needed.

Though my room did have a window, it was the view of the pipes. I couldn't tell the time unless I looked at my phone.

Clean. Value for money since cheap rates if you only need a place to sleep. Very accessible since along edsa, near the mall, and bus station

Very noisy since along edsa. No hot shower, doesnt turn hot just near lukewarm

The air conditioner is loud however on my 2nd day my ear got so use to it.

The bed was not really queen sized, it was two double size beds joined together. It kept splitting apart when we slept.

I like how the staff are friendly and easy to speak with. Accesible to transportation. Great price. Good food.

Sticky floor

I liked the Family Suite, the space is apt for a Family of 3

No breakfast included in the package but its okay, we opted for delivery instead

Decorations very nice. Very easy to find close to eatery.

Toilet Showers screen not installed when we arrived

Their staffs are very welcoming and friendly.

Not really a major thing but there are some minor issues with regards to the shower heater.
