Location is very ideal for solo travelers and concert goers to Araneta. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is very good (although fish as meat choice for breakfast is kinda weird).

First of all, the bathroom. Some parts are kinda rusty and not clean. There's a clump of hair on the drainage. Second, the TV. Very few choices on the channels to watch. And lastly, the air conditioner. It was loud, and towards the end of my stay, it stopped working. I have to restart the electricity inside the room to make it work again.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. The location is very good. Near the malls and so many dining places around. It is also near the MRT station and bus terminals. The room is spacious with good lighting which is perfect for hanging and chilling. The staff are friendly and always asking our queries straight to the point.

The AC in our room mulfunctioned towards the end of our staycation. And upon check in we notice a lot of hairs on the bathroom floor. Looks like the cleaning staff had skipped that part in cleaning.

I liked the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. When I asked for some help with issues. They were able to help sort it out as quickly as they could. The safe was great, mini fridge and kettle were great and having a big TV in the room with Internet also.

The shower leaked and sprayed in multiple different directions. I didn't like that there was no door for the shower, so the bathroom floor kept getting wet. The water temperature was too cold for me, except at very late and night. There were a few issues with water pressure, like something clogging the pipes. And I wished the bins in the room were a little bigger.

The staff are very good. Sobrang accommodating. Bed is still very comfortable. I had a good sleep. I love the complimentary coffee and juice sa lobby for check in guests.

No more cups, glasses and complimentary coffee in the room. A lot of switch light buttons are broken and some don't work. Room is smaller this time. Paid the same amount for the same kind of room I kept on booking. Naririnig ko ang ingay sa lobby. Disrupted my nap. Faucet is not 100% okay. Parang matatanggal na. There is no hot shower. It's a bit cold. Tumutulo ang aircon. Sobrang basa ng floor. Stop serving your scrambled eggs. Hindi talaga siya masarap. Matabang din watermelon niyo.

I really liked the location, in the centre of Cubao, close to MRT and LRT. The staff was very kind and helpful. The bed was the most comfortable it was really perfect and we got the best sleep.

A few small cockroaches in the room (nothing uncommon in the location, wasn't bothering us that much. Only cold water. No towels when we came to the room (staff fixed that immediately). No curtains in the shower so after showering a lot of water in the whole bathroom.

Accessible to EDSA, MRT train, Farmers Plaza and to Araneta City, Cubao (for concerts in Araneta Coliseum, or shopping in Farmers Plaza and Gateway). Clean spacious room even without windows (I selected the cheapest room after all, they have premium rooms with windows). Near fastfood joints. For the discount price it's really good and safe for solo travelers.

Slow check in. Arrived at 2pm and got checked in past 3pm. Good thing they offered free juice and coffee. I noticed no water bottle in the room so I just heat up the tap water for my coffee.

Overall, it was ok. We liked the room so comfortable, spacious even for a standard room. The pool was big and it was empty and we enjoyed the privacy. The food was ok filipino cuisine to be exact.

The food selection on the breakfast buffet, I hope next time they have other options and cuisine other than Filipino food, also a dessert station would be nice. Next is the room, as said by other people that went there the rooms aren’t sound proof so we can hear other people walking in and out of their rooms. Also the pool area I expected that the towels were free since in other hotels it was free (although it was ok but kinda not expecting paying for towels) overall me and my partner still enjoyed our stay.

The room is great for its price. We were assigned to a room with a good view (EDSA view). It was clean and comfortable. The BUFFET breakfast was good. It was limited compared to other hotels but they are all delicious and well prepared unlike preparing many dished but compromising quality. Ebent he sauces were all good! I will definitely comeback when i need to stay on same area again.

The TV isnt smart TV, which most of the people don't watch cable/antennas anymore.

Red Hotel Saved Our Night! My husband and I were on a 5-day trip in Metro Manila. We were in the middle of the city and were 2 hours away from our hotel. We had a problem accessing the public transport due to heavy rainfall and malls are closing. We decided to book a hotel nearby and good thing the red hotel has room available at that night; otherwise, we could've look like two homeless people in the middle of the city LOL.

Room is quite big compared to the rest of hotels I've visited with the same overnight price. I'm loving the bathroom's interior

Customer Service. That's why my rating 8. I asked for a shower gel by dialing 0. Noone showed up after 20 minutes so I called again. 25 minutes passed and called them again and informing me that I just booked a standard room and i can't request for another shower gel. I told them there was only 1 small 40ml bottle of shower gel when I checked in. It should be actually two per room coz it's good for 2 persons. They handed me refill sachet shower gel instead. And why do you charge P50 for the pool towel? This is usually free in the other hotels. Why???
