The hotel is perfectly located near Gateway 2, which made everything super accessible. We were just a short walk away from malls, restaurants, convenience stores and train station. Room was clean and cozy. Bed was very comfortable, and the rooftop swimming pool was clean with a beautiful view of the city. The ambience was made even better by the soft relaxing music which created the perfect atmosphere for unwinding with a drink or enjoying a quiet swim. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always ready to assist. Their warmth and professionalism truly made a difference throughout our stay.

The room was quite small, which is typical for city hotels, but it was laid out efficiently. It might feel a bit tight for other guests with a lot of luggage, but it had everything we needed for a short and comfortable stay.

Location: The hotel is situated right beside Araneta Coliseum, making it incredibly convenient to reach the concert grounds without any hassle. Being so close meant we could relax and enjoy our time before the show without worrying about transportation. Convenience: The hotel is also connected to Gateway Mall 2, offering easy access to shopping and a variety of dining options. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants just steps away from the hotel, giving us lots of choices for meals before and after the event.

Booked a double bed this time and the room just seemed bigger and better. Clean accessories all around. Thank you for the consideration for a late checkout. Had arrived from an overseas flight, and so it was much appreciated. Location is, again, unbeatable.

I still believe that Ibis Styles should provide bottled water IN the room, environmental concerns aside. Did not get to breakfast this time. Taxes on the room seemed to be 900 pesos more than the advertised rate for the night. A bit of a shock. Watch this. Lights deactivated in the morning despite the master card being in power slot. I don't know what happened there.

The staff are friendly. Good location for concert goers. Easy access to a lot of restos via the mall. The maintenance are friendly and working hard to keep the hotel clean. I was there for the fancon and work. The internet connection in my room was not stable. Also, the AC is pretty complicated to manage. Hope it comes with instruction. Not all AC are the same. :) My bad for not raising this to the hotel staff. :) I hope they keep the hotel as it is. It is a good place for staycation or alternative for digital nomads. They have a co-working space. They also have a 24 hr Cafe.

New, clean, comfortable room with big windows and lots of light. 24 hour coffee bar in the lobby. Quick check-in and friendly staff all around (except for the front desk). Great location if you want to be in this area, and conveniently connected to a mall with restaurants, etc. Very good value for money.

Bathroom is not separate, so best for a single guest. TV has very limited channels, not even CNN. Front desk staff were at times, arrogant and rude during the stay. Not trained at handling issues and impatient. Checkout took longer than expected as they didn't know if they had billed me for the car pick-up several days before. The lady at the front desk told me check-out just takes that long and added a smirk. Could have done without the attitude. Didn't apologize when I asked her about it. I understand it was early morning and it is a budget-friendly hotel, but should still have some service protocols.

The breakfast is barely passable Absolutely not what we expected. Coffee is inexistant. Looks like dirty water. We had to order cappuccino at extra costs which was barely passable also. It's a scam from ibis to take advantage by not offering a Decent morning coffee and charge us extra. In these days coffee machines can provide excellent coffee at a minimal cost. Shameful behavior on behalf of Accor/ ibis . Really Shameful. Service in the restaurant was fine. The staff have to handle this horrible display of passable cuisine. Feel sorry for them.

The people. Especially a young man, Christopher, at the reception made my stay excellent. Always friendly, empathic and hard working and helping. These are the people that make a place and give you the best possible experience! Also at the restaurant on the roof top the people helped me greatly with dinner even I made ut a bit hard with my gluten free diet. They were very patient and found a good dinner optiin for me.

Downstairs at the ground lobby there is no bench to sit down while waiting for a taxi. Also the music is every single day and moment the same song. A Brazilian song though...

Had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean and cozy, and the location is excellent - right in the heart of the Araneta city with easy access to shopping malls and eateries. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The staff at the lobby, front office, pool, housekeeping (super fast with our request) and staff at strEATs - they were all exceptionally friendly. They always greeting us with a smile and offering helpful service throughout our stay. One area for improvement would be the breakfast at STREATS. While the spread was decent, there were limited vegetarian options and not many seafood choices. A wider variety would definitely enhance the dining experience.
