Little food choices and no available lunch or dinner

Comfort room too small

Clean hotel, alternate cleaning of bedrooms, free toiletries, situated on the main road, Near from malls. Restaurant, spa and hair salon near hotels. Good staff. Free parking available but first come first serve with limited slot. Fountain water available on each floor.

Bedroom quite small, old air condition but was well working but with no remote control. We stay for 10 days, i eat breakfast only for 3 days. No option for breakfast, same menu everyday - rice with sausage/eggs or fish or i think beef (i dont eat beef/pork) with coffee and juice. It was an old hotel but was clean. Not for long stay.

Friendly and helpful staff, the space of the room, the big beds, the cool ACs (though old but theyre still very useful), clean room and quiet hallways, effort to lessen single use plastic compared to too much plastic use by other hotels, huge storage, huge mirrors, elevator esp for elderly, refillable coffee for breakfast (though it would have been better if they offered healthier milk option vs creamer)

1. The noise of the vehicles from the main road - though not too extreme; 2. Useless TV (needed it for my senior mother) 3. The dirty / dusty floor under the bed (can cause allergy - I needed to look for something that fell ); 4. Small breakfast serving (fish and sausage - the sardines came in bigger serving).

Very happy with the service form the staff and the room was very good. On the ground floor nice and quiet.

Our booking included the breakfast. The breakfast menu was very limited only five choices on weekdays and four choices on weekends all Pilipino dishes. When requesting rice (which formed the basis for all the meals) and 2 eggs instead of the meals on offer we were charged for the eggs in addition to having already paid for the breakfast when booking.

The bed was comfortable. The shower was strong and hot water. Air conditioner did get cold. The location was excellent, malls, restaurants, banks etc was all within walking distance Taxi's, buses easy to get.. Some attraction within walking distance too.

Bathroom was really small, had to set on commode sideways since it was so close to the wall. Shower stall was very small. Had to step over commode to get in the shower. Could be dangerous if slip and fall. Air conditioner made lots of noise to start the stay. It was fixed the next day. No TV channels since cable was out the whole time we was there.

All of their staff from receptionist to those guys who change the water dispensers are very accommodating, they will greet you with a smile on their face, the room is clean, hot water is working, they also have a cabinet with hangers, you can also adjust the air conditioner to your liking, their television has many channels and the room is spacious. Everything here is great! We have a great time here. We'll definitely choose to stay here again rather than on some cheap hotels.

Our stay could be 💯 perfect since it has complete toiletries (with hotel slippers too ☺️), comfortable mattress & pillows, up and running hot/cold shower and air conditioner. BUT there’s no mini-ref inside the room. Also, the tv/cable signal was quite weak. We weren’t able to used it anyway 😅

There is no breakfast. We smell pee in our room. But the bed is comfortable. The AC is not accessible to adjust because there is no remote control. And my height is short and I cannot reach the switch.

I did not like the pee smell that goes to our room from the outside or back of the room. And the AC position is too high. Its fine if there is remote control but there isn't.

Breakfast is good and the location is great for my purpose.it is just walking distance for malls and some fast foods and it is accessible for transportation.Though i just stayed overnight but i think it is a great location depends on your purpose also.you just have to plan ahead in going to the airport because it is quiet far most especially if it is traffic.but i am satisfied for my purpose.

For me i suggest thicker blanket that's all

i like the overall facility and personnel of this Hotel.

None as of today, because i was able to get a room with a phone signal. My previous rooms where i was booked have no phone signal that i wasn't able to make calls or texts. But this time, they provided me a room with a strong signal both for data and wifi. I was so thankful for the receptionist who made the request possible to get a room with a strong signal. Good job!
