I love the location it's one trycicle away from 3 malls and Grocery store is just beside the condo. Since we're on 35th floor we can easily check how the traffic looks like and we can just adjust our plans accordingly.

I feel it's important to share two recent experiences. Most importantly, there is a major safety hazard with one of the elevators. It is faulty and shuts down unexpectedly mid-ride. I was in it when it happened, and it was terrifying. For a building of this type, having an unreliable elevator is an accident waiting to happen. I also had a negative encounter with a staff member. My son, who is autistic, was enjoying the sound of echoes in the hallway. Even after I explained his condition, the staff member was cold and insensitive, demanding he stop. While I understand rules about noise, a little compassion goes a long way. The lack of understanding was very disappointing.

I didn’t expect much but it turn out an amazing stay. The whole residences is quite, clean, and organized. The unit itself is clean and nice, the only downside was the position of the television isn’t aligned to the bed, however, it wasnt a big deal for me.

It wasn’t like “i didn’t like” but more of i wish it should be improved, I’m hoping to improve the positioning of TV and also provide table for foods atleast.

The location was very helpful with our itinerary which was centred in San Juan, Camp Crame and Vertis where we held our meetings for this particular trip. The room had ample space and the restroom also had very good elbow room.

The TV didn't work and there wasn't any WiFi available which we didn't mind since we were out most of the time.

The room was very nice! I like that they gave us a room that's in the corner so we have both kitchen and bedroom views. Also the pool, it's clean with good relaxing view

Bit problem with some facilities - there's a chipped cup that I got wounded with, and the sink overloaded and flooded the floor on our second day (we didn't report since we're about to check out then anyway). The rooms should be checked thoroughly before someone stays in.

The staff is helpful and always helps you with everything you need. I was happy with Justine because he was very responsive.

Maybe they could receive some training about how to clean properly.

Maganda po siya at utensils like cooking is complete and free access nadin po sa pool need niyo lang po mag pa reserve sa lobby. Actually for my overnight stay we enjoy our stay and the staff is very helpfull and no hasstle for check in and check out.

The place was absolutely just great. I also like that the bed itself is sided besides the window, it compliments a good wake-up in the morning at such a peaceful room.

I only hoped they could have also provided an internet connection for the stay, along with the heater in the bathroom; the heater barely made the water warm.

It’s a condo style, you can cook your own food. I stayed at 32nd Floor which is overlooking the surrounding neighborhood. Staff are quite serious but respectful. They are also very polite and responsive to any requests. Overall I really liked it and looking forward to come back there.

Heater is not working, only that ✌️

We enjoyed so much our staycation. Everything is perfect for us. One day of stay is not enough. We are planning to come back ❤️❤️

I just suggest to fix the tiles of the bathroom that's it.

The host is very nice and responsive. The room has enough equipments for cooking and other things. Didn't have any complications in checking in and check out.
