I like it that its new and room have decent space. They have many cafes to choose from. The amenities are great, I enjoyed the gym and wellness area, and the kids enjoyed the pool. Parking is free and the hotel is located near to shopping malls.

I had an issue with the In-room dining due to their incompetence and lack of customer experience. Tje housekeeping were always not on time making up the room. I don't know if I am being so meticulous but the hygiene in the shower area did not pass my standards. Spotted dirts in the basin and shower.

Strategic location, friendly staff, relaxing gym and basketball court, delicious with wide variety of breakfast buffet, comfortable bed, clean and spotless room, huge bathroom... I'm definitely coming back again. Thank you for a complimentary birthday cheese cake. It's so delicious.

Sauna was under renovation when I checked in. I would like to experience it with a free room upgrade. 🙂 The pool is a little bit small for me, and pool water needs to do extra cleaning or treatment.

The check in experience was fast, the parking was free of charge, the rooms were spacious, the beds were extra comfortable, all rooms include a bathtub. The Kids Club was impressive, and the staff were attentive. we loved the pool as it was heated, the breakfast buffet spread was impressive

the lobby smelled like cigarettes. They should invest more on exhaust systems in their casino. Not being allowed to bring food purchased from outside of the hotel was unusual.

They have complementary cake since its our 24th wedding anniversary and they give fruits also and some sweets😊

When we ask for the box of the complementary cake since we dont finish the whole cake we wait for almost 34 minutes… after that we left the cake already bcoz we need to check out already since we have business meeting to attend.

Payment method was really bad… had to go to this link where it was not accepting my card… tried several times and didn’t work… i ended up going straight to the hotel a few days before just to pay for my reservation… never had to do that to any hotel i’ve been to and i travel a lot to different countries…

I love the room because it is new and very clean and organized. same with the full bath. I enjoyed using the bath tub.

Kids Play zone. charge for the use of this facility should be part of the privilege of the kid guests or if the hotel cannot accommodate at least give 50% discount.

I love the big room upgrade and its very clean with complete amenities tailored to my liking. I also love the international breakfast buffet.

It's price. Hahahaha. But actually, the accommodation rate is worth the service, amenities and overall experience.

All the staff were friendly, polite and professional. The rooms are very good. All facilities are well maintained however keep in mind that the hotel is less than one year old.

only for the room service, I need to call 2x for us to able to be accomodated/answer the call. Maybe they are too busy that time.
