The staff are great! Very accomodating and friendly. Clean. Nice city view.

Picture shows couch but when we got there, there's no couch. Staff also confirmed thru phone that pool is available but when we got there, they said it's out of service doin renovations and stuff. That's the reason why we booked in the first place. Sad.

it’s near the malls and it’s cheap, and i also like the attitude of the front desk attendant, and also the one who assist us in our room, i think it’s the manager? or supervisor? we just love the attitude of them especially the ones who assists us. they’re all nice 😉👍🏻

we didn’t like the housekeeping. bed is not that clean, we needed to ask them repeatedly, one time we requested for a tissue and it didn’t came so we personally went to the front desk to ask for one, and when it finally came, the housekeeper gave it without saying anything with a poker face( my cousin said, the female housekeeper looked pissed ) and also, we requested for toiletries on our second day, but it also didn’t came, so we just ignored it. and the windows are literally dirty, gladly we brought alcohol wipes and clean it 😅

Nice Coffee, cake is very good..i like the swiss choco cake.. Stuff Memebers are friendly..good position, Ayala Mall is near..

Spacious room, approachable staff

Cannot connect to wifi. Not able to use the tv on the first day since there was no wifi connection. During initial call somebody came and advised to just wait for wifi connection. Despite 3 or 4 more calls during the day, nobody came to resolve

Soft bed and easy access to major roads and malls.

Service was a bit lacking. We requested towels due to there were no towels upon check in but we didn't got it right away then around 10pm or 11pm we tried to call the front desk and there were no answer.

The room was good and the ambiance.

The Jacuzzi is not functioning.

Big Room with amazing view.. I like the toilet.. it was clean. Best for family to stay. We stayed only one night but it was great.. swimming pool is on the 22nd floor. The staff gve us extra towels.

Try to order food & coffee but it took 40min to come in the room.

We really like the facilities, the rooms are big even for a couple, very nice staff and really affordable.

I didnt like the food because its too high for a silog meals for 170 thats too much and quality are not so good.

Nothing, it was all good!

The room is so spacious with a great city view from the 19th floor. There are complimentaries like bottles of water, and sanitary kit. The staff are very nice, tho the frontdesk is usually busy. The ac is cool, the rest room hot water is working well, so many storage and there's a mini dining set for two. Very comfortable!

I think the basement parking is too narrow for a standard one. The guests slots are at the end part which is hard to maneuver. Same entry and exit point, and ideally single entry at a time.
