It is suitable for solo travelers, and the staff is friendly. The malls are just a short walk away. You might have to go there for everything. GrabCab is the best mode of transport unless you want to take public transport. Even though most of them speak English, I still have issues communicating with some people. Quezon City is great away from the nightlife but you can still find it here.

I had to go down to the 3rd floor to smoke now and then, which I found very inconvenient.The noisy elevator keeps talking at every floor and tends to wake you up at night.

there was a guest who kept the door opened and the door notification sound was noisy. the hotel should consider lowering the volume of the door system. it does not need to be heard 3 doors down the hall by other guests, right?

It’s near to everything + it’s newly built hotel the staff’ s is so accommodating always greeting & friendly. love that there’s a water dispenser as well we can refill our bottles for free !! Sometimes the housekeeper getting creative putting towel decor felt like a luxury hotel it’s cute 😊 hotel itself is so comfy and clean 🤍

Need a telephone system to facilitate communication between guests and various departments like housekeeping , room service and front desk . Assistance through phone calls it’s hotel lacking so far.

The staffs are are very helpful and nice. The mattress is very comfortable. Walking distance from Trinoma and MRT.

I hope basic necessities are provided like coffee mugs, teaspoons, coffee/ tea. We have to buy our own. Mattress is comfortable but slides off from the bed frame.

The hotel was very good. The Trinoma Mall is just in front of the hotel, as well as the MRT Station. It is very convenient. The staff and guards are friendly. The room was cleaned and comfortable.

The problem is the elevator. Only one is working since the other one is under maintenance. I hope it's fixed, so it's not a hassle to other guests. There is no refrigerator inside the room, but I hope they will have a small refrigerator in the future. They do have a water dispenser for HOT and COLD water on every floor.

The hotel is so clean, what you see is what you get. If you need a night stay with your family, this is the right place for you, and very accessible to MRT.

The intercom is common in its floor's lobby, so if you need to contact the reception you still need to come out from your room so as the free water, you still need to go out frequently if you don't have a bigger water bottle.

What makes this hotel totally worth it is its staff. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and professionalism. I am a woman travelling alone for work, and they made it so easy for me. Salamat!

The furniture around the bed could have been slightly cleaner. The hotel would be even better with a breakfast space.

It is near to the North Avenue MRT station, SM North and Trinoma Mall. You can find 7-11 convenient store also in the ground floor which is very convenient specially if you stay in the hotel for more than 3 days.

The air-condition is quite weak, but the room becomes cold for quite some time. There is no provided slippers and toiletries.

Clean, very nice staff and location. They also have parking for cars. The 711 downstairs is a plus.

I got the supposed to be the biggest room they have but still very small. No space to move around much. Also they shld have a mini refrigerator . That would be helpful.

Good to have access for shared small kitchen for heating food if you dont want to eat out. But over all it was great and good value for the price
