Breakfast was good, mall is just a stone's throw away literally, where good food and shopping is easy.

the pillows are too soft and thin, and the towels have seen better days, not fluffy rather it is stiff and scratchy on the skin. time to change all the towels to a softer whitier ones!. the tv inside the room keeps hanging and disconnecting. only the tv in the sala works well. the thermostat control keeps falling from the wall( lost adhesion?). we stayed in a suite room. and you have to fetch drinking water from a dispenser near the elevator ( reminds me of 3 star hotels in Japan and singapore)

We had a 1 bedroom suite, with 3 people in the room. A roll-out bed was set up in the receiving room for the third person. It was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, and willing to help in every way. The location is great, with the huge SM Mall, right next door.

We kept having to ask for extra toilet paper, and our air-conditioner needed resetting at 2am one morning.As the room was too hot.

The staff--particularly the housekeeping staff on the 10th floor--were excellent. There was a little hiccup when we first arrived and we didn't get assistance with our baggage until after ten minutes from arrival (and we were forced to unload luggage somewhere else instead of near the entrance of the hotel), but as a whole the staff was great. Breakfast was pretty good, too, though bacon was always in short supply and simply not there on the fourth morning. The location is also EXCELLENT, as in connecting into SM North.

The rooms are very clean but are clearly worn. The door to the adjoining room (thankfully locked) had a broken handle for some reason, which was concerning. There were stains on the luggage bench and rust in the shower. The shower head came off when I first used it, which was fine because I have some plumbing knowledge and was able to fix it. Still!

Our room was great. Very clean. Working minifridge and conveniently located. Staff were very friendly and thorough, and no problems with parking. Has a gym and swimming pool. Definitely recommend.

There was a huge E-Sport event being held at the adjacent Mall, and the hotel hosted the participants. Unfortunately, our neighbors were very very noisy, and can be heard clearly through the shared door which is not sound-proof (i think this is meant for families who would like shared rooms). I am grateful, however, that the staff did their best to call our neighbors and remind them to be quiet (especially around 2 am), and even offered to transfer us once there was an available room.

We loved our stay here. Our room was true to the photos. It was spacious, clean, cool and comfortable, as was the rest of the hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well. The food was delicious and variety was good for the two mornings we ate there. Front desk, housekeeping, buffet staff, security - all were professional and welcoming from start to finish. We appreciate how responsive and helpful they were with our concerns regarding a stained bath rug and extra pillows, plus a request for late check out. Security even helped us book Grab on the way out. Thanks and kudos to everyone on staff! I wish we had more time to explore the rest of their amenities. Will definitely stay here again if we need to be in the area!

Superb location - not just one but two Malls nearby, with ATMs, restaurants and shops. Direct access to Mall from the second floor. Room was clean and compact, but had enough space for everything due to good design. The bed was comfortable with a choice of pillows. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Laundry was quick and efficient, although expensive.

Breakfast was average with very limited options for vegetarians, though good hot chocolate is served. Room was always cold even with AC switched off. Room was also dark with inadequate lighting. The Gym was a disappointment with only treadmill and no upper body machine.

Very accessible to shops and transport. Good location for meet ups with friends. Great facilities, loved the pool. Housekeeping consistently well done by April and Russ. Staff were very accommodating- my disabled mother and brother had to arrive before me and my kids as we were coming from Australia. I was trying to make advance payment but there was no available link so I contacted the property. They were so kind to accommodate my family before I arrived and allowed me to do the payment after I arrived. The hotel went way above and beyond, they lent my mother the wheelchair for the duration of our stay. Their staff were always attending to my mother while we move around the place. The lobby guard on night duty on the 17th December was very helpful (sorry I didn’t catch his name) but I hope the hotel management will commend his exceptional service. Several things: -The hotel is very much adjacent to SM North (which me and my family loved). Easy access to everything! -Staff are very friendly and accommodating. -Place is clean and well-maintained. I haven't tried the gym though. -Pool is just the right size. Not too big, but enough for our toddler to enjoy a dip. -Breakfast buffet is good. My family enjoyed having breakfast. -Free coffee/tea.

Would have been great if a microwave is available (though I know that most hotels/establishments don't allow microwaves). The pool's water could be cold at night, esp. since it is an open space but it's totally fine.

The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with the helpful security guards assisting us with our luggage from the hotel entrance. The staff were welcoming and efficient, making us feel at home right away. The hotel had a clean and inviting atmosphere, and the attention to detail in their service was truly impressive. It’s these little touches that make a stay memorable!

The only downside was the noisy guests early in the morning around 3 a.m., chatting loudly in the corridor. While this isn’t entirely the hotel’s fault, it would be helpful to have noise awareness signs posted as a gentle reminder for guests to be considerate of others.

Proximity to mall and transportation. The staff were very helpful specially security on duty named “Mark Joy”. This guy was extremely helpful from when we stayed in Park Inn for the period 17-21 December 2024. Reception staff “Darrell” on January 10 was very welcoming and extended availability of possible resources from the property. Thanks for lending my mother wheelchair to move around.

During this stay the dispensers were empty for conditioners and soaps. There was not enough parking for the real disabled guests who have no capability to walk. Some guests reserved a parking spot by “standing over a car space” which was against the policy clearly posted on the wall right next to the spot. I hope the hotel will make more effort to ensure fairness and that this rule will be followed especially if a guest with a more real need for this consideration arrives. In this case, my amputee senior mother. This is not the fault of any staff but as a general rule, the hotel should make effort to enforce it.
