The condo is bigger than expected. The bed is also very spacious - we were two and found it even too big for us. And also very comfy. They will provide you with a very much needed guest kit. The location is central and walking distance to Trinoma and Landmark.

Although expected, there is no wifi. It can be ok if staying for a short time, but not if staying for more than two days. Also, if coming early and not having the chance to check in early (just like us), there is no possibility to leave luggages there. As the owner did not give us other options, we had to find one ourselves (Go to SM North and look for the baggage storage. You’re welcome!).

No wifi so a technologically advanced visitor would have to bring hotspot or data No hot shower but water was lukewarm and very clean Pool is beautiful but there is entrance fee of 100php weekday and 150php weekend. If you stay over night you pay once in the afternoon and again in the morning if you want to use it both days. I think there should just be one charge but maybe it is not up to the owner. After the Trinoma closing hours, the closest convenience store Little John was lacking many things including no CP loading machine. You need to be aware to buy all your necessities

I like how clean the place and the vicinity is quite. Near to the mall, food stalls and transportation. One of the safest place I've been to because you will be provided an access card before you can use the elevator.

although it was in the description, it will be nice to compete with other staycations having an internet. The place has potential.

Good location if you like the mall's, clean modern hotel no noise from the rooms either side staff were friendly and in uniform. The hotel could do with a bigger reception area and maybe a small store for basics and the rooftop pool area was nice maybe a cafe would be nice.

Our particular room on the 4th floor faced the very busy main roads so the traffic noise was not comfortable 24 hours a day that combined with the building work going on everywhere spoiled it some what if you want a quiet hotel I couldn't honestly recommend this one but then I'm a light sleeper. Our room had no hot water so cold shower only no kitchen area or Internet but was a good price for 8 nights 3rd week in Feb £130 for a basic condo.

The bedroom is fine. Very walkable from Trinoma.

The toilet was not cleaned before my checkin. There were cockroaches and tiny insects in the shower drain. Therr were empty bottles of shampoo and cleaning solutions.

very noisy, faces directly out to EDSA, strong smell of cleaning chemicals/air fresheners, some small cockroaches throughout the flat and even inside the fridge.

Location was accessible and close to Ayala & SM malls.

I experienced bed bug bites and the water heater broke down. Towels, beddings & pillows can be improved.

The location is very convenient, with easy access to MRT and malls.The bed is big enough for couple but creating a squeaky sound with little movement.AC is cold.The room has a closet with hangers.

The unit is not clean.Dust all over the place.Comfort room has a very bad smell.Coackroaches are scattered all over the room specially at night.
