The staff were very polite especially kuya guard. I love that there's a convenience store near the property. I was staying alone and felt safe in the area. Will be back here again!

There wasn’t anything that you could fault. Honestly, it was cheap pricing for the great service given. Staff was absolutely amazing!!!

The room is huge. It has two study tables perfect for reviewing for exam. The wifi is fast and the staffs are all helpful and friendly. Plus Uncle John is just in the building for midnight munching.

The bathroom does not have bidet and it kinda stink when someone is using the bathroom. The foul smell reach the bedroom.

Studio 87 has its charm, if compared with Studio 89. Studio 87 is more geared towards the students. It's dormitory-like facilities is a god send. They have a microwave and electric fan, on top of the usual aircon and water kettle. It's comfort room is homey, but clean and spacious. While there is no in house restaurant, food choices are near and varied, and if ever, you can always book Grab food. No cooking allowed, but heating is more than ample with the microwave.

Would've wanted a discount policy, if frequent client.

We had a power outage and had no choice but to book for night nearby. It was available and so I booked it right away. Upon arriving, the receptionist told us we were upgraded. It was really kind of them.

The TV was not working.

The room is in a condo/hotel set-up for students so its near Ateneo de Manila University. Walking distance to restaurants. There is convenience store in the building. Room is big compared to other hotels.

No Breakfast option. No fitness gym. No pool.

I paid for additional P2,974.32 instead of the price stated in the confirmation email of P24,786. According to Studio 87 Residences, the Booking,com charged them the amount of P₱ 27,760.32 which is the non-refundable amount in case of cancellation or no show. I immediately emailed booking.com about this but no response was received at their end.

The staff were all superb and helpful. The guard most especially! The bed was so comfortable

The location was good enough for me because it was near the place I intended to go to. The convenient store beside the lobby was very helpful too. Tables with lights were good enough to study/reading. The room was good enough for 2 adults if you intend to stay for short business trips. The staff were very accommodating as well.

The bathrooim was clean but needs improvement on the faucet & shower unit.

The Kuya duty on the front desk every morning is vert accommodating.
