Everyone is just lovely. The whole accomodation has a wonderful vibe. The food is always freshly made and also grown by the owners! They were always around to help us and even made us fresh sandwiches when we left at 5 AM! We really had a great time and would love to come back.
Honestly there was nothing that bothered us. Just because I‘ve seen many negative reviews from others: Yes, you can hear animals at night - nothing the owners could control. Their own animals are quiet. The rooms are like in the pictures; the windows don‘t have glass, which does make a lot of airflow possible that we loved. You need a moped to get around which you can book here and the roads aren‘t always the best but again - nothing the owners could control. But it’s really near all the main attractions and a little drive is always met with beautiful scenery and a perfect moment to cool down.

Charming little place, definitely an experience. The food was good, and the staff very helpful with anything we needed. They run an honesty book system which is rare to see these days!
There was a slight confusion with my booking upon arrival and I'm not convinced we were given the size bungalow we originally booked. But it didn't bother us too much, except there was very little space to put our things down. No room cleaning or fresh towels unless you ask, I guess? We stayed for 3 nights but again, it didn't bother me to use the same towel or sleep in the same sheets. It would have been nice to have some shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom though!

The location is really cozy, we had a bungalow with a small garden outside and it was just perfect. The bathroom outside was perfect. The personnel are amazing, very welcoming and happy to support us with any request (they accommodated for us a 4.30 AM breakfast and check out)
It's a bit outside of the main city center, therefore any time you need to wait for a tuktuk or rent a bike, which the hotel offers as a service. And the personnel are always happy to support

Francis was a very good host. We had a small bungalow which was beautiful and very cosy. It included a small backyard and an outdoor shower and toilet. Breakfast was included and was fine. The place was very nice and quiet. About 20min from the main road.
The only thing we didn't like was the amount of insects in the bungalow, but since the whole thing is open and made of natural materials, we understand. Only the mosquito net could be better to work better. We think there were bed bugs or something in the bed.

- very nice breakfast until 10am - very nice and spacious outdoor bathroom and private garden with hammock - even though the location is a bit far away from the main area (you will need a scooter), there is a small beach in walking distance. It is rocky but therefore you get to be by yourself and see turtles - free water refill station
- only 3 breakfast options that haven’t been updated for our 6 day stay - be aware that the in-house “restaurant” closes at 8 pm, so if you arrive after a long traveling day (like we did), be sure to have dinner beforehand - Bungalow itself is very small, therefore it’s very difficult to find space for your luggage

Nice and cozy bungalow with private terrace perfect for relaxing. You do need a scooter if you wanna go around but restaurants, diveshops etc. are reachable within 10 minutes. There is also a beach about 5 walking minutes away which is nice for snorkelling. The breakfast was good, although the choices limited, and we could even order packed breakfast sandwiches for our early dive. Free drinking water was available in the fridge at any time. The fan in the room was good - AC wasn't needed. The mosquito net was great and much needed!
It's a little dark in the room and a little closet would be nice!

Cosy little cabin with sitting hammock and some sitting bags up front. Really, it’s very cute and basic - don’t come here if you think you’re ending up in a resort, because you will not. Which is a good thing in our eyes. Very lovely staff, they arrange all very well and are very friendly. Owner has good vibes. Love him.
Not much to dislike. Part of the garden is being reconstructed slowly after the typhoon, we’re very curious what it’s going to look like 👀. We had a great time here!

- Super friendly staff and host that help you with anything you need from daytrips to great food and laundry service. - Their restaurant has really nice food and lovely breakfast options. - The atmosphere is perfect if you want a quiet place to stay between your exciting daytime activities. - They have a few scooters for rent and if these are unavailable, they happily call over another rental company nearby for you for no extra costs. - Even though its quite far from other amenities, there are two restaurants within walking distance and a lovely hidden snorkeling/diving spot very close. Lots of sardines and turtles there, we enjoyed it more than the Panasagma beach.
- It was hard to get away from the mosquitos even with the provided net. - The road there gets quite dark and scary, so you likely need to rent a scooter or call a tricycle if you want to go to town (both are very cheap)

The staff is amazing! Trippi and his father make us feel like at home! The property is just 2 mins walk from a hidden beach where you can snorkel and have a peaceful walk when the tide is low. We also had dinner at the property and that was the best pad Thai of our life. It’s very close to Panagsama road but quite and nature place.

Really nice accommodation, peaceful setting, great food.
Arrived and they weren’t aware of our booking, despite them arranging our airport pick up. Did mean we had to wait until 3:30pm for our room which wasn’t great. If are not confident riding a scooter this place could seem quite isolated. It’s a 10 min walk to the main road for a bike taxi. We didn’t have any issues getting them but a lot of drivers asked for more money than the hotel suggests it will cost due to the state of the road down to herbs.
