Quiet Location, great service from Joy and all the staff. Joy also went beyond to show her care when I had to visit hospital during my stay. Good asian food nearby (Stick and Bowl) and Blue Planet also do food (both walking distance). Pool clean and relaxing, only ten minutes and $150 FP for moto to town. Unfortunately Alona Beach suffering from erosion and overdevelopment like Boracay. I recommend South Palms Resort. Clean beach and very relaxed spot. They let me use their beach facilities daily as long as I bought a coffee or a meal. Well worth it to have beach chairs and lounges, bar, pool and toilets available.

First, I would like to thank Miss Joy and Sir, as well as the staff for being amazing and kind. Check-in was seamless and they even let us in early since we had an early flight. About the place itself, it was spacious and clean. So relaxing and quiet which is very opposite to the loud and crowded accommodations near Alona Beach. The amenities and facilities are new, and functioning well. Shower pressure is good too with proper hot and cold temperatures. We also love the kitchenette and fridge. Swimming pool is well maintained as well. The internet connection was also strong enough for you to work except for those days that the service provider had an issue. Luckily for us, our mobile data has a good signal here and Miss Joy gave us an access for their back-up connection so that’s still a plus. It’s very near to the airport so for our flight going back, we just walked. There’s also a small store and restaurants nearby. They also have some contacts to other restaurants (Italian and Korean) which you can order too and have it delivered to you. They also arrange tours, we’ve got the floating restaurant and island hopping and they were all worth it since we’ve got our own private boat and there’s no time constraints. Overall stay is perfect! Will definitely come back here. TIP: You can go to South Palms Resort and you can use their beach if you order something. The beach there is nicer and peaceful.

The staff was super amazing and so welcoming. Every food prepared in their kitchen was so good, sometime Mr. Muneer and his wife Joy give sample taste of some Algerian cuisine to guests was so delicious. The Staff with family over welcoming to every guests. I love also their phenomenal swimming pool so big and clean and well maintained. Spacious very clean and new apartment with sofa bed and full kitchen.

I travel a lot in the Philippines and this accommodation is by far the best I've been able to find. The value/offer ratio is excellent. The location of the accommodation is excellent. About 2 km from the airport, 2.5 km from Alona Beach, where there is a large selection of international restaurants, fast food, seafood, barbecue, pizza,...and lively nightlife and about 3 km to the best beaches on the island (South Palms, Dumaluan beach, Bohol Beach Club). Thank you Joy and all the accommodation staff for a great stay. Definitely recommend!

We loved the accommodation! It exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for our family of 7. We booked 2 rooms which was complete with the essentials we needed. Room size was bigger than we had expected and the toilet and bath was also clean and had nice design. The place was well maintained and the staff and owner were very helpful and welcoming. They recommended the best places to visit in Bohol. Our requests was also accommodated :) Pool was maintained and was spotless! Kitchen facility was a plus during our stay and indeed we appreciated that we are allowed to grill at Angels Dream. Location is near several beaches like Panglao, Alona etc and also near to the stores/ markets. Very convenient to go around the city from this resort!

Amazing accomodation and hosts, the appartment was large with very convenient kitchen area, very beautiful and clean pool, the location was perfect for me, away from noisy alona beach but still very close with nice restaurants around, what makes it better are the hosts, mounir and joy are of an extreme kindness, they helped with motorbike rental and everything i needed during my stay, and we had a lot of nice conversations, it felt like home! I totally recommend this.

Ate Joy is a great manager, and it shows with all the staff who enjoy working there. the faculties are second to none and it is 1km away from the hustle of Alina beach but within easy distance. hire a scooter for $6-8 a day or else get local tricycle. we were even invited to a birthday party on the premises and the pool is great. it is usually fully booked but the place is private and you don’t notice others around very much at all. I travel a lot in philippines and highly recommend this place.

very nice facility and super friendly staff

Our whole family and friends stayed here and we all had fun swimming in the pool. The staff were great and accommodating. The apartments are well maintained and it was really clean with fresh towels and sheets. The wifi connection was really good. The place is safe for kids because it’s mosquito free since it’s well maintained. Nice and quite place. Such a comfortable and a relaxing place to stay. We’ll surely be coming back here next time!

I hope next time they will have complete toiletries like body wash and shampoo.

Amazing place to stay!! The apartment had all necessary essentials and was super clean! Felt like home after 5 months of travelling. Joy & Husband are extremely helpful and friendly - accommodated to everyone of our needs. Great pool area & lovely place to relax. I would definitely recommend and if I could stay for longer I would! 😊
